Purpose:To explore the influence of the time between admission and delivery of normal parturient women on the delivery mode, and the correlation between psychological factors?anxiety, depression?and the time between admission and delivery,as well as the influence on the delivery mode. Methods:From January 2018 to December 2018,206 parturient women who were hospitalized in the first affiliated hospital of Nanchang University and gave birth were selected as research subjects.Case control study was adopted to divide the puerperas into study group?cesarean delivery?and control group?vaginal delivery?according to the delivery mode,to analyze whether there were differences between the two groups in the time between admission and delivery.Meanwhile, the self-rating anxiety scale?SAS?and self-rating depression scale?SDS?were used to evaluate the mental health status of 57 pregnant women from September to December 2018.To analyze the correlation between psychological factors?anxiety and depression?and the time between hospital admission and delivery, and to compare the mental health status of cesarean section and vaginal delivery women.Results:1.The time from admission to delivery in cesarean section group was longer than that in vaginal delivery group, the difference was statistically significant?P<0.01?;2.The age and neonatal weight of women in cesarean section group were all greater than those in vaginal delivery group, the difference was statistically significant?P<0.01?;there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the ratio of primipara and multipara, the gestational week of admission and the sex of newborns?P>0.05?;3.The psychological factors of puerpera are related to the time from admission to delivery, the longer the time from admission to delivery, the higher the score of maternal anxiety and depression?r1=0.90,r2=0.67?;4.The score of anxiety and depression of cesarean section is higher than that of vaginal delivery, the difference was statistically significant?P<0.01??Conclusions:1.The time from admission to delivery affects the delivery mode, with the time from admission to delivery increased, the possibility of cesarean delivery increased;2.Maternal mental health was affected by the time from admission to delivery, the longer the time from admission to delivery, the higher the risk of anxiety and depression, and the degree of anxiety, depression is higher;3.Maternal delivery mode is affected by maternal psychological factors, the higher the scores of anxiety and depression, the more likely the mothers were to have cesarean delivery.
