Research On The Developement Strategy Of Beijing LH Hospital

With the development of society,medical institutions make faces fierce competition.Medical institutions should be guided by its strategy in order to achieve sustainable development under the complex market environment.Its operation and management system also should be established to meet the needs of patients.Scientific and reasonable planning plays an important role in enterprise's success.Since Beijing LH Hospital was merged into RD Company,its profit became worse and worse.It was caused by the changes of external market and medical environment,together with the culture and systems of the hospital.Under the new medical situation,it was meaningful to discuss the issue on the adjustment of the development strategy of LH Hospital.In this paper,some theories about modern enterprise strategy was used as the research tool.Based on the literature review and theory,the current situation of the hospital was analyzed and the main factors affecting its development were found out.And then,differential strategies were put forward.Furthermore,some specific suggestions were given,such as seeking the support from the government in terms of traditional Chinese medicine;specializing on Chinese medicine difficult disease consultation features;figuring out an appropriate way on marketing,medical management,information construction,human resources and hospital culture construction.
