Gua Lou Niu Bang Decoction Plus Subtraction Of Triple Therapy For Mastitis Of Qi Stagnation And Heat Obstruction On Clinical Observation

Objective : To observe the clinical effect of Gua Lou Niu Bang Decoction plus subtraction of triple therapy in the treatment of mastitis of qi stagnation and heat retention syndrome.Methods : 120 cases of mastitis qi stagnation and heat retention syndrome.were selected and randomly divided into four groups: group A(penicillin combined with infrared physiotherapy group),group B(Gua Lou Niu Bang Decoction plus subtraction combined with infrared physiotherapy group),group C(massage combined with infrared physiotherapy group),group D(Gua Lou Niu Bang Decoction plus subtraction of triple therapy),30 cases in each group for 5 consecutive days,respectively.The degree of breast swelling and pain,the size of breast mass,the extent of breast swelling,the discharge of breast milk,body temperature,and other accompanying symptoms of each group were observed,and statistical analysis was carried out to compare the curative effect between the four groups.Results:1.The total score of symptoms and signs in the four groups decreased after treatment(P < 0.05).Compared with group A,B and C,group D was better than group A(P < 0.05),group B and C were better than group A(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between group B and C(P > 0.05).2.For the single integral of main symptoms and signs,the degree of breast swelling and pain,the size of breast mass,the extent of breast swelling and swelling,breast discharge and body temperature integral in group B,C and D decreased after treatment(P< 0.05),while the degree of breast swelling and pain,the extent of breast swelling and swelling,breast discharge and body temperature integral in group A decreased after treatment(P < 0.05),while the size integral of breast mass was not significant before and after treatment(P < 0.05).Compared with group A,group B,C and D had more advantages in improving the size of breast mass(P < 0.05),but there were no obvious advantages and disadvantages in improving breast swelling and pain,breast swelling range,breast milk excretion and body temperature.3.The total effective rates of group A,B,C and D were 70.00%,86.67%,93.33%and 93.33% respectively.4.The total curative effect of group D was better than that of group A,B and C(P <0.05),and that of group C was better than that of group A(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between groups A,B andB,C(P > 0.05).Conclusion : Gua Lou Niu Bang Decoction plus subtraction of triple therapy is superior to penicillin combined with infrared physiotherapy,massage combined with infrared physiotherapy,Gua Lou Niu Bang Decoction plus subtraction combined with infrared physiotherapy.Massage combined with infrared physiotherapy is superior to penicillin combined with infrared physiotherapy.Massage combined with infrared physiotherapy,Gua Lou Niu Bang Decoction plus subtraction combined with infrared physiotherapy,Gua Lou Niu Bang Decoction plus subtraction of triple therapy have more advantages than penicillin combined with infrared physiotherapy in improving the symptoms of breast mass size.Gua Lou Niu Bang Decoction plus subtraction of triple therapy has the effect of clearing away heat and detoxification,dispersing knots and eliminating carbuncles.Compared with the other three groups,it can better improve symptoms and signs,have better curative effect.
