Research On Prof.Men Jiuzhang's Law Of Taking Chinese Traditional Medicines According To Serious Disease To Protect Stomach And Seasons Changing

Objective:Professor Men,the first famous doctor in Shanxi Province,advocated the use of "stomach for serious diseases","prescription essence and medicine","xingyang qi" and "taking appropriate measures according to the time" in clinical practice.In order to better learn and inherit professor mojiuzhang's experience in using prescriptions,the author studies professor mojiuzhang's four-hour prescription rule through the sorting and analysis of clinical data,in the hope of enlightening clinical treatment.Methods:This topic has the theory research,the clinical research two parts.The main research methods are summarized from the works of professor menz and the research papers of men's school.In this project,the disease information and prescription medication of all patients diagnosed and treated in taiyuan from the vernal equinox of2017 to the vernal equinox of 2018 were recorded and sorted out by professor mun jiuzhang.Statistical methods were used to describe the frequency of receiving diagnosis and treatment.The author carries on the analysis respectively from the square and the disease two angles.In the aspect of prescriptions,statistics go out nine chapters professor in a year prescription in the frequency of more than 90 prescriptions,according to the four time division,statistical analysis,study its rule.Three formulae with the most prescriptions were selected and the method of statistical description was used to study the idea of using different diseases for the same treatment.In terms of diseases,three kinds of western medicine diagnosis and traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis,which are most frequently diagnosed by professors in one year,are selected respectively for the analysis of the four-hour onset rule,and the four-hour usage rule of each prescription under each disease is studied,and the explanation is made in combination with the Chinese traditional five movements and six qi theory.Results:In a year,professor mun jiuzhang had a total of 1,822 pieces of fragrant sand,including six gentlemen,fragrant sand lizhong soup and children's isong powder.Xiaoyaoshan and xiaochaihu soup are 772 pieces in total,which is listed as772:3845 compared with the total number of patients.Xiangsha liujunzi decoction,xiangsha lizhong decoction and children yigong powder are most commonly used for the treatment of chronic gastritis,liver cirrhosis,cancer and oncology in the diagnosis of western medicine respectively,as well as deficiency,diarrhea and cancer in the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the analysis of the formula,there are four time differences in the four time use rules of xiangsha lizhong soup,xiaoyaosan,xiaochaihu soup,lizhong soup,fuzi soup,jinguishenqi pill,chaihu lizhong soup,menshi yangrong soup and menshi huwei powder,which are in accordance with the five movements and six qi rules.From the perspective of the disease,professor in one of the most common western medicine clinical diagnosis of cancer(cancer),? diabetes,high blood pressure.In the treatment of cancer(tumor),professor men most often used children with isogong powder,children with isogong powder,six gentleman incense sand,small chaihu soup,xiaoyao powder,menshi huwei powder,chaihu li in the decoction of the four use side has statistical difference.In ?
