Objective:To explore the distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN)stage V,to determine the main clinical manifestations of each syndrome type,to clarify the nature and characteristics of its occurrence and development,to determine the disease-symptom-treatment research model,to provide clinical syndrome differentiation for TCM Relevant basis,to lay the foundation for improving the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Collecting general information,TCM syndromes and laboratory tests of 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy from the Department of Nephrology and Endocrinology from December 2016 to January 2019 in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,using descriptive Analysis,data analysis was carried out by applying SPSS20.0 statistical software,the counting data was analyzed by chi-square test,the measurement data was analyzed by independent sample t test,the variance was not corrected,and the s and P values were recorded.After the Delphi method,after two rounds of expert questionnaire survey,the distribution of TCM syndromes,etiology,pathogenesis,etc.of diabetic nephropathy V was counted.Results:The main symptoms of DN V were systemic edema(88%),fatigue(69%),nausea and vomiting(46%),chest tightness(45%),obesity(45%),and low urinary volume(44%).Wheezing(42%),frequent urination(40%),foam in the urine(39%),blurred vision(37%).Tongue: dark tongue(55%),pale(21%).Tongue moss: white greasy(34%),thin white(20%),yellow greasy(18%).Etiology: followed by environmental factors,physical factors,dietary factors,emotional factors,and disease factors.Disease position: followed by spleen,kidney,liver and lung.Pathogenesis: deficiency syndrome: in turn,yang deficiency,qi deficiency,yin deficiency;evidence: in turn,blood stasis,turbidity,water,dampness,turbidity.TCM syndromes are: yin and yang deficiency,spleen and kidney yang deficiency,qi and yin deficiency,liver and kidney yin deficiency,yin deficiency and heat.Conclusion:The main symptoms of patients with DN V are edema,fatigue,dark tongue,and greasy tongue coating;this indicates that the patient has serious water and turbid accumulation in this period.The cause is mainly diet and emotional factors.The disease is in the spleen and kidney.The pathogenesis is mainly yang deficiency and blood stasis.After analysis,TCM syndromes mainly consisted of yin and yang deficiency,spleen and kidney yang deficiency,and qi and yin deficiency.
