Clinical Observation Of Treating Verruca Plana(Wind-heat With Exuberance Of Virulence) With Jingfang And Yiyi Soup

Objective:Study on clinical effects of treating verruca plana(wind-heat with exuberance of virulence)with Jingfang and Yiyi Soup.Methods:84 patients with verruca plana are randomly and equally divided into two groups(40 patients each,as another 4 can not participate in this study due to personal reason),they are:treatment group and control group.The treatment group is given Jingfang and Yiyi Soup one dose(decocted and abstracted to 200ml)a day to take in the morning and evening warmly,while the control group will take Levamisole Hydrochloride Tablets(Henan Topfond Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd,GYZZ:H41020489)orally(1.5 to 2.5 mg for each time)every night.The curative effect will be evaluated after four seven-day courses.All of the data is processed with SPSS17.0,a statistical software,and represented by X±S.Measuring materials that conform with normal distribution will be tested by t,and non-parametric test,rank sum test,will be used for those do not.Besides,enumeration data is examined by X2,and ranked data analyzed by Ridit.Results:(1)Through clinical observation,both the treatment group and control group are always effective,rating 87.500%and 65%respectively.There are obvious differences between the two groups,as P<0.05 after comparison;(2)both the grade of symptom(number,size,color,tumor itch of rash)during the clinical observation and the total integral decline dramatically,P ? 0.05,which means that remarkable difference does exist.Conclusion:(1)Jingfang and Yiyi Soup is a kind of effective medicine to treat verruca plana of wind-heat with exuberance of virulence.(2)Comparing with Levamisole Hydrochloride Tablets,Jingfang and Yiyi Soup is a better choice in treating verruca plana of wind-heat with exuberance of virulence.
