| Objective: to observe the centralizer detoxification,t2 dm ointment treatment gangrene(diabetic foot Wagner ? or ?)deficiency of qi and blood,wet poison intrinsic card to the patient's clinical curative effect.Methods: Will choose into standard 72(Wagner ? or ?)in patients with diabetic foot,belong to qi deficiency syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,wet poison intrinsic license,according to a prospective,randomized,controlled clinical trial method will be divided into the treatment group(36 cases,give the foundation treatment + eating into debridement + righting detoxification,t2 dm ointment for external use;In the control group,36 patients were treated with basic treatment and nibble debridage,and the main symptoms,vibration sensation,ankle-brachial index(ABI),ulcer surface changes,percutaneous oxygen partial pressure(TcPO2),c-reactive protein(CRP),serum albumin(ALB)and 10 g nylon filament were systematically observed before and after treatment.Results: After statistical analysis,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%,the total effective rate of TCM symptoms was 80%,the total clinical effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,the total effective rate of TCM symptoms was 66.67%,the treatment group was better than the control group.In terms of wound healing,percutaneous oxygen partial pressure,c-reactive protein and serum albumin,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.However,there was no significant difference in ankle brachial index,10 g nylon wire and vibration sensation between the treatm and the control group after treatment.Conclusion: Righting detoxification,t2 dm ointment treatment gangrene(diabetic foot Wagner ? or ?)deficiency of qi and blood,wet poison intrinsic card in such aspects as improving wound area curative effect,no side effects in clinical observation. |
