Analysis Of Pathological Data Of 3586 Renal Biopsies In The Past 10 Years In Northern Henan

Objective To understand the population characteristics and pathological type distribution characteristics of renal perforation in the past ten years in the northern part of Henan Province,and provide reference for the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of renal diseases.Methods The renal perforation data of the Department of Nephrology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College,Yubei District,from January 2018 to December 2017 was collected and statistically analyzed.The distribution of age,sex and pathological type were statistically analyzed.Results The pathological data of the Department of Nephrology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College,showed that the pathological type of primary glomeruli was up to2814(78.5%)in the pathology of renal perforation in the past ten years.Secondary glomerular pathology Type 772(21.5%),982 cases of primary glomerular pathology type membranous nephropathy nephropathy accounted for 34.9% of the primary glomerular pathological type,accounting for 27.4% of the total pathological type,primary glomerulus The pathological type was followed by IgA nephropathy,which accounted for 23.1% of the primary glomerulus,accounting for 18.2% of the total glomerulus;secondary glomerular pathology was mainly 270 cases of lupus nephritis secondary to the kidney.34.5% of the pathological type of small ball,accounting for 7.5% of the total renal pathological type,followed by purpuric nephritis 231,accounting for 29.5% of the pathological type of secondary glomerulus,accounting for 6.4% of the total renal pathological type.All renal pathological data were male 1861,female 1725,male to female ratio of 1.1:1,mean age(37.95 ± 17.057)years old.Conclusion The pathological data of renal biopsy in the northern part of Henan Province showed that the primary glomerular pathological type was the main type;the proportion of membranous nephropathy increased significantly in the past five years,replacing IgA nephropathy as the main pathological type of primary nephropathy;secondary The main type of glomerular pathology is lupus nephritis.
