ObjectiveTo explore the practical application of interactive group management to improve the physical and mental health and pregnancy outcome of women with repeated implantation failure. To explore the effects of interactive group management on anxiety,depression,self-efficacy,quality of life and pregnancy outcome in women with repeated implant failure, and further explore the application prospects of interactive group management model and health management model more suitable for women with repeated implant failure. Then provide scientific and effective guidance for clinical nursing practice in women with repeated implantation failure.MethodsA total of 120 RIF patients who received IVF-ET treatment and had frozen embryos from March 2017 to March 2018 in Shenyang Women's and Children's Hospital Assisted Reproductive Medical Center, were randomly divided into the experimental group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases). The control group received only routine nursing measures, and the experimental group received interactive group management as the main intervention.Pre-intervention and intervention for 6 weeks,12 weeks after intervention, the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),and simple life quality scale(SF-36)were used.Group subjects were tested and evaluated for actual application effects. The women were followed up for 28 days and 70 days after embryo transfer, and the early pregnancy status of the two groups was counted. The data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results1?There were no significant differences in the baseline data of age, year of infertility, education, annual household income, cause of infertility, and number of transplant failures between the two groups(P>0.05).2?There were no significant differences in anxiety,depression,self-efficacy and quality of life between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).3?After 6 weeks of intervention and 12 weeks of intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the self-efficacy and quality of life scores were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).4?After 12 weeks of intervention, the difference in pregnancy rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in early abortion rate(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Interactive group management is superior to conventional nursing measures in relieving anxiety and depression in women with repeated implant failure.2.Interactive group management is superior to conventional nursing measures in improving the self-efficacy level of women with repeated implant failure.3.Interactive group management is superior to conventional nursing measures in improving the quality of life and health of women with repeated implant failure.4.Interactive group management is superior to conventional nursing measures in improving the pregnancy outcome of women with repeated implant failure.
