Objective: Optimizing personalized treatment options of infertile women, improve the success rate of assisted reproductive technique, and reasonable use of medical resources through the analysis of anxiety, depression with the correlation of IVF pregnancy outcome. Methods: From July 2015 to August 2016,infertile women of reproductive center in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were selected to complete the questionnaire voluntarily.General questionnaire,SAS and SDS questionnaire survey were done before the transplantation(IVF-ET).Infertile women were then divided into anxiety group, depression group, and control group based on the questionnaire results.Follow-up of the clinical pregnancy outcome(clinical pregnancy, spontaneous abortion, preterm and full-term pregnancy, termination methods, weeks of termination of pregnancy, birth weight)were done.Anxiety, depression and its correlation with pregnancy outcome were analyzed.Statistical data analysis was obtained using SPSS20.0.Quantitative data comparison between the two groups were using t test(homogeneity of variance)or Satterthwaite approximate t'test(heterogeneity of variance).Comparison between qualitative data set by chi-square test. The results of P < 0.05 were considered to have statistical significance. Results: Questionnaire surveys were given to a total of 280 infertile women, according to the inclusion criteria,243 women were included, after screening questionnaire recycling effective rate was 86.8%;among all the included women, there were 38 women in anxiety group;44 women in depression group and 153 women in control group;Occupational difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)between the anxiety group and the control group; The difference interval in clinical pregnancy outcome between the anxiety group and the control group were statistically significant(P < 0.05),but there was no correlation between the variations of spontaneous abortion, delivery methods, weeks of termination of pregnancy, and birth weight;Statistical data between the depression group and the control group;same occupation(P < 0.05),income(P < 0.05),stress(P < 0.05),BMI(P < 0.05);its difference interval were statistically significant;5.There was no statistical correlation of clinical pregnancy outcome between the depression group and the control. Conclusion: Before treatment of assisted reproduction, infertile women with tendency of anxiety significantly has a lower clinical pregnancy rate in compare with infertile women without anxiety,so screening the negative emotions for infertile women before the early embryo transplantation, early intervention has a certain reference value to improve the clinical pregnancy rate.Depression may have a certain influence on fetal growth and development, further study of this field is needed.
