At present, the main problem in China's medical and health services is the disparity of personal health expenditure caused by the imbalance of social and economic development, which directly leads to violent doctor-patient conflict, which has a huge impact and can not be ignored.Existing related studies mainly focus on the efficiency of government health expenditure and its influencing factors, and lack of relevant studies on the impact of government health expenditure on personal direct health expenditure. In addition, the relevant analysis of government health expenditure often focuses on its direct macroeconomic effect while ignoring its economic effect on improving the economic burden of residents. This paper hopes to pass through a series of studies.List the research methods, further expand the relevant research ideas,in order to explore the specific impact of government health expenditure on personal health expenditure. This paper uses Lass regression method to analyze the relationship between government health expenditure and residents' personal health expenditure, and further analyses the spatial spillover effect of government health expenditure on personal health expenditure based on empirical analysis. In order to understand the impact of government health expenditure on personal health expenditure, this paper investigates the threshold characteristics of government-led public health resources investment in reducing the economic burden of personal health expenditure. After empirical research,we can find that government health investment will effectively reduce the burden of residents' personal health expenditure, and this "burden reduction" effect needs to be further strengthened; Finally, our government needs to provide more specialized medical services for the population at two levels of the age chain in order to solve the health problems faced by the elderly and adolescents.
