Objectives: To explore the correlation between serum vitamin D level and the development of uterine fibroids and the predictive value of uterine fibroids in patients with uterine fibroids;to analyze the risk factors of uterine fibroids. The expression levels of VEGF,PDGF and Collagen I in uterine fibroid tissue and normal myometrium were detected. The correlation between serum vitamin D,VEGF,PDGF and Collagen I was explored. Methods: From December 2017 to July 2018,136 patients with uterine fibroids in the Nanchong Center Hospital were selected as the experimental group, and 65 healthy women in the health examination center were selected as the control group. The clinical and pathological data of all subjects were retrospectively analyzed, serum vitamin D levels were measured, which were compared statistically.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the factors affecting the occurrence of uterine fibroids.Using machine learning methods(KNN,BT,DT,LR,LD,SVM)to further explore the predictive value of vitamin D for uterine fibroids.Explore the correlation between serum vitamin D and the length of uterine fibroids.2.The expression of VEGF?PDGF and Collagen I in 30 cases of uterine myomas tissue and 30 cases of normal uterine myometrium were detected by immunohistochemistry(IHC)S-P method.3.Statistical treatment: all datas were analyzed by SPSS 19 software.T test was used to compare measurement data and chi square test was used to compare count data.Correlation analysis was analyzed by spearman rank correlation analysis.Two-sided test was used, the difference was statistically significant when P<0.05,the difference was significant statistically significance when P < 0.001.Results:1.Analysis of correlation between clinicalpatholocal feature?serum Vitamin D and uterine myomas.(1)The vitamin D in the uterine fibroids group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Multivariate logistic regression suggested that age and serum vitamin D levels were independent risk factors for uterine fibroids.(3)Machine learning methods to assess the predictive value of vitamin D for uterine fibroids.2.The expression of VEGF?PDGF?Collagen I in uterine myomas tissue and normal uterine myometrium. The expression scores of VEGF,PDGF and Collagen I in uterine fibroids were higher than those in normal myometrium, and the difference was statistically significant.3.The relationship between serum Vutamin D and the expression of VEGF?PDGF?Collagen I of uterine myomas tissue. In the uterine fibroids, serum vitamin D was negatively correlated with VEGF and PDGF in fibroids. There was a positive correlation between VEGF,PDGF and Collagen type I in fibroids.Conclusion:1.Vitamin D is associated with the occurrence of uterine fibroids;vitamin D reduction is an independent risk factor for uterine fibroids, and can predict the occurrence of uterine fibroids;2.Serum vitamin D was negatively correlated with VEGF and PDGF.VEGF and PDGF were positively correlated with collagen I in uterine fibroids.Combined with previous literature, serum vitamin D may reduce Collagen I by reducing VEGF and PDGF,thus affecting the growth of the tumor.
