Objectiveto investigate neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and platelet to lymphocyte ratio(PLR)in the chemotherapy of the prognosis of patients with small cell lung cancer(SCLC).Methods: a retrospective analysis in November,2011 to December,2016 in our hospital 154 cases with complete follow-up data of SCLC,by cytology and histopathology confirmed the clinical information collection and chemotherapy before 1 week or so in the peripheral blood of inflammation factor data(neutrophil count, lymphocyte count, platelet count)and analysis of clinical features of patients with inflammatory factors and the correlation of survival.Through the receiver operating curve(ROC curve)analysis to determine the best bound value of NLR and PLR.The overall survival analysis was performed by Kaplan-Meier method.Multivariate analysis for survival was performed by Cox regression model. Results:the ROC curve analysis showed that: the NLR = 3.72,PLR = 182 as the cut-off point of low NLR patients survive longer than high NLR patients(18 months,6 months,P < 0.05);Patients with low PLR patients survive longer than high PLR(18 months,6 months,P < 0.05).Multiple factors analysis showed that: the NLR and PLR independent prognostic factors for patients with SCLC(HR: 1.25,0.95% CI: 1.10 1.43,P = 0.000;HR: 1.49,0.95% CI: 1.72 1.68,P = 0.000).Conclusion: NLR and PLR were independent prognostic factors for patients with SCLC.
