Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma fibrinogen and D-dimer levels and the severity of coronary heart disease and coronary artery disease. Methods According to the results of coronary angiography, patients who underwent coronary angiography in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were randomly selected.A total of 174 patients were enrolled. The subjects were divided into coronary heart disease group, coronary atherosclerosis group and control group. The coronary heart disease group was further divided into a single-vessel disease group and a multivessel disease group as well as low Gensini score group(<20 points)and high Gensini score group(?20 points). The differences in plasma fibrinogen and D-dimer levels between groups and subgroups were compared. Results There were significant differences in plasma fibrinogen and Ddimer between the coronary heart disease group, the coronary atherosclerosis group and the control group(P<0.05).The fibrinogen and D-Dimer levels between the coronary heart disease group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05);D-dimer levels were statistically significant between the CHD group and the coronary atherosclerosis group(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in fibrinogen levels between the CHD group and the coronary atherosclerosis group and there were no significant differences in fibrinogen and D-dimer levels between the coronary atherosclerosis group and the control group(P(29)0.05).Subgroup analysis showed that D-dimer level was significantly higher in multi-vessel disease group than singlevessel disease group, and significantly higher in high Gensini score group than low Gensini score group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in fibrinogen levels between single and multi-vessel disease groups and between the low and high Gensini score groups(P(29)0.05).Conclusion The elevated levels of plasma fibrinogen and D-dimer were closely related to the occurrence of coronary heart disease, and the level of D-dimer was positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease.
