Background:Gastroscopy is the gold standard for upper gastrointestinal examination because of people's poor diet and work habits, and the increasing prevalence of upper gastrointestinal diseases, others such as barium meal,CT,etc.,cannot replace the diagnostic position of gastroscopy. However, because gastroscopy can cause nausea, vomiting, belching, bulge, and other pain to the subject, many patients may have fear and escape the subject, which can delay the subject's operation and eliminate the opportunity for early diagnosis and treatment. At present, pharyngeal anesthesia is frequently used in clinical practice, but its effectiveness is limited, and intravenous anesthesia is complicated by anesthetic risks at a high cost.As a result, safer, comf:ortable, and economical methods of analgesia need to be explored. Objective:To use Fu's acupuncture analgesic gastroscopy to improve the subject's distressful response during the examination, increase the subject's tolerance, and alleviate the subject's fear of gastroscopy.Carry forward the features of traditional Chinese medicine to better gastroscopy for analgesia. Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 subjects were selected for gastroscopy.According to the principles of randomization and blinding, the patients were divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 subjects in each group. Before the examination, record the general conditions of the subjects, including sex, age, education level;presence or absence of throat disorders, presence of diseases related to respiratory tract obstruction;heart rate, oxygen saturation, mean arterial pressure before the examination. The experimental group was treated with Fu's acupuncture needle on both sides of Neiguan point, and the control group was treated with soft cannula and burr, compared with the change of blood oxygen saturation, heart rate during insertion, the discomfort reaction grading during the examination, and the physician assessed the subject by FPS-R.Changes in mean arterial pressure after the examination,as well as the subjects'VAS scores,in relation to their willingness to undergo reexamination.Results:1.There were no significant differences in the general conditions of the subjects,as well as the prevalence of throat and respiratory disease, heart rate, oxygen saturation, and mean arterial pressure before the examination between the two groups;2.There was no significant difference in the degree of gastroscope completion between the two groups;3.Compared with the control group, the change in heart rate, mean arterial pressure,FPS-R score,VAS score, discomfort score, and willingness to review were better in the experimental group than in the control group. Conclusion:Needle puncturing of Neiguan Point by Fu's acupuncture is effective for analgesia of gastroscope, can reduce the pain of the subjects, and the method is safe and economical.
