Clinical Observation On Cayratia Japonica Cream Combined With Kangyan Mixture In Treating Anorectal Abscess With Fire-toxin Amassment Pattern

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of the Cayratia Japonica Cream combined with Kangyan Mixture in treating anorectal abscess with fire-toxin amassment pattern,we hope to provide an effective and safe treatment method,which by traditional Chinese medicine.for clinic to treating anorectal abscess.Methods:Sixty patients with anorectal abscess with fire-toxin amassment pattern who met the requirements of the enrollment were included in the clinical observation and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with the Cayratia Japonica Cream for external use and taking Kangyan mixture.The Cayratia Japonica Cream was thickly coated on the skin of the abscess,the range was more than 1 cm from the abscess boundary and it is fixed with gauze and tape,2 times a day,each time of medicine retention>60min.Kangyan mixture was used 30ml each time orally after meals,3 times a day.The control group was treated with Cefoxitin Sodium for Injection and Ornidazole Sodium Chloride Injection.2.0 g of Cefoxitin Sodium for Injection was dissolved in 100ml of 0.9%Sodium Chloride Injection for intravenous injection twice a day,each intravenous injection time was not less than 20 min;and Ornidazole Sodium Chloride Injection 100 ml was used for intravenous injection,2 times a day,each injection time is not less than 30min.Two groups of treatment were 7 days.After 7 days,the pain index,mass range,physical index scores and TCM syndrome points of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The ratio of self-destruction and the rate of pus removal were also compared between the two groups.Results:A total of 3 cases were interrupted during the observation,including 1 case in the observation group and 2 cases in the control group.The observation group actually completed 29 cases and the control group actually completed 28 cases.The results of the study were summarized as follows:(1)There was no statistically significant difference in the general data of gender,age and disease duration between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of the overall efficacy of the two groups of patients:29 patients in the observation group,7 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 89.66%.There were 28 cases in the control group,2 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 60.71%.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of the degree of pain between the two groups:The index of pain after treatment in the two groups was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group was more effective in relieving pain.(4)Comparison of the extent of mass in the two groups:The extent of the masses in the two groups was compared after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effect of reducing the extent of the mass in the observation group was more significant.(5)Comparison of the scores of the two groups of patients:the difference in the scores of the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the score of the observation group decreased more significantly.(6)Comparison of the scores of TCM syndrome:the difference in the scores of the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),the score of the observation group decreased more significantly.(7)Comparison of self-destruction rate between the two groups:29 patients in the observation groupv,13 patients with self-destruction after treatment,the self-destruction rate was 44.83%.In the control group,5 patients were self-destructed after treatment,and the self-destruction rate was 17.86%,the two groups of self-destruction rate were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the abscess of the observation group was more effective in self-destruction.(8)Comparison of the two groups incision and exclusion of pus:29 patients in the observation group,6 cases were treated to exclude pus after treatment,and the rate of incision and exclusion of pus was 20.69%.28 patients in the control group,13 cases were treated to e.xclude pus after treatment,and the rate of incision and exclusion of pus was 46.42%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of the observation group was more obvious.(9)During the course of the study,no significant adverse drug reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion:The Cayratia Japonica Cream combined with Kangyan mixture is effective in treating anorectal abscess with fire-toxin amassment pattern.It can not only relieve pain around the anus,,reduce the extent of the tumor,improve systemic symptoms,but also promote the ulceration of the abscess and reduce the rate of pus removal by incision.In the whole research process,no adverse reactions occurred,which is a safe and effective new method for conservative treatment of perianal abscess in traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of clinical application.
