| Objective:This article aims to use the clinical case-based teaching to enable students to complete the study of constipation through the use of the information platform for the diagnosis and treatment of defecation diseases.Analyze the teaching effect of the teaching method,and study the promotion effect of the teaching method on students’learning and the impact on students’clinical abilityMethods:As the teaching object of clinical case-based teaching based on information platform for the diagnosis and treatment of defecation diseases,the author completed the study of the multi-specialized diagnosis and treatment process of constipation through the implementation of the teaching method,and stated the difficulties and solutions,gains and experiences encountered during the learning process.Results:The author completed the theoretical study of expertise related to constipation by reviewing the literature,reading the books,using the information platform of the defecation disease diagnosis and treatment information to view the teaching videos,reviewing the patient data and analyzing the data of 72 patients with functional constipation treated with acupuncture combined with biofeedback therapy.Then,under the guidance of the teacher,the author used the clinical data of the patients as the case study materials in the multi-specialized treatment room to further improve the study of constipation.At the same time,the author collected the clinical data of 38 patients with constipation using the information platform for the diagnosis and treatment of defecation diseases.After sorting and analyzing it,5 cases were formed.They’re cases of the IBS-C,constipation with mental and psychological problems,dyssynergic defecation,relaxed pelvic floor syndrome,and slow transmission combined with dyssynergic defecation.The author completed the internalization of expertise related to constipation through analyzing and discussing the 5 cases and completing the case analyses,produced and sharing the PPTs of case studies and writing a WeChat public article about the IBS-C.Through the above process,the author finally mastered the multi-specialized diagnosis and treatment process of constipation.Conclusion:The clinical case-based teaching based on the information platform for the diagnosis and treatment of defecation diseases can significantly improve the quality of teaching,fully motivate the students’enthusiasm for learning,help students to systematically learn knowledge,cultivate students’ clinical thinking ability,and improve students’ communication skills,and can benefit teachers as well as students the teaching process. |
