Experimental Study On The Treatment Of Cholecystitis Model Animals With Danyankang Tablets

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of Danyankang tablets on cholecystitis and cholelithiasis.Method: To establish model of cholecystitis which is inflected by bacteria and of calculus cholecystitis which is seduced by bite and sup on rabbits and guinea pigs respectively.Then,to observe the therapeutic effect of Danyankang tablets on the two kinds of models of cholecystitis through biochemical test and morphological test.To survey the anti-inflammatory,analgesic and antipyretic effects of Danyankang tablets on inflammation model,ache model and fever model.Result: Danyankang tablets can significantly reduce the rabbits' body temperature,peripheral blood WBC number,the activity of ALT and ALP,the content of MDA and the weight of gall-stone in gallbladder tissue,they can also distinctively increase the activity of SOD and the volume of bile.The pathological examination of gallbladder tissue showed that Danyankang tablets with the two does groups,9g and4.5g crude drug /kg,have outstanding therapeutic effect compared with the control model group.In the model of choleresis bile pigment calculus on guinea pigs,Danyankang tablets can obviously reduce the contents of ALT,ALP,TC,TBIL and calcium in bile.Gallbladder stones were formed in the whole model group,and the stone formation rate was 100%.Further more,the weight of the stone increased significantly.Compared with the control model group,Danyankang tablets with the does groups of 14.8 and 7.4 crude drug /kg can evidently decrease the rate of stone formation and the weight of stone G in gallbladder.The effect of Danyankang tablets on bile excretion was observed by bile collection on rat.Compared with the control group,Danyankang tablets in the does group of 17.1 crude drug /kg can increase rats' bile excretion.They can inhibit the inflammation caused by different inflammation-causing substances and reduce the temperature of yeast-induced febrile rat.Danyankang tablets can inhibit the body torsion caused by chemical methods and the pain induced by physical methods of mice throughreducing the number of torsion and prolonging the threshold of pain induced by hot plate.The result of the experiment shows that the Danyankang tablets not only have the obvious relief and therapeutic effect on cholecystitis and cholelithiasis caused either by bacterial infection or choleresis bile pigment calculus,but also have the prominent anti-inflammatory,antipyretic and analgesic benefits.Conclusion: Danyankang tablets have therapeutic effect on cholecystitis and cholelithiasis in model animals.
