ObjectiveTo observe the effect of sensitive acupoint drug application therapy on symptom scores before and after treatment in patients with allergic rhinitis,and to explore the effect of sensitive acupoint application on peripheral blood T cell subsets in patients with allergic rhinitis.Method90 patients with allergic rhinitis who were eligible for enrollment were enrolled,and they were randomly assigned to the treatment group(sensitive acupoint application group),control group 1(sensitive acupoint placebo application group)and control 2.Group(non-sensitive acupoint drug application group),30 patients in each group.All three groups used the same method(according to the method in Chen Rixin's "Thermal Moxibustion Practical Reader")to search and record the thermal acupoints.The treatment group has taken the drug in the thermal acupoints that have been detected(the days of our hospital pharmacy)Moxibustion formula),the control group 1 in the corresponding thermal acupoints as a placebo(wheat flour plus food coloring and the treatment group with the same appearance of the drug block),control 2 groups in non-thermal acupoints(take double Side shoulder well,Tianzong,large intestine sputum)ascending drug application,each time 40 minutes to 1 hour,2 times a week,a total of 3 times 6 times.All three groups were evaluated before and after treatment.Eight patients were randomly selected from each group.The percentage of Thl and Th2 cells in peripheral blood and their cytokines were measured before and after 1 week of intervention.ResultFirst,the symptoms and signs score resultsIn terms of sneezing,the sensitive acupoint application was compared with the sensitive acupoint placebo application,P=0.002<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the non-sensitive acupoint drug application,P=0.001<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.It shows that sensitive acupoint application can improve the symptoms of sneezing and is better than the other two treatment methods;in the case of runny nose,the sensitive acupoint application is compared with the sensitive acupoint placebo application,P=0.011<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Significance,compared with non-sensitive acupoint drug application,P=0.037<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that sensitive acupoint application can improve the symptoms of runny nose and better than the other two treatment methods;nasal no ventilation/nasal congestion In contrast,the sensitive acupoint drug application was compared with the sensitive acupoint placebo group,P=0.008<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the difference was not statistically significant compared with the non-sensitive acupoint drug application(P=0.815>0.05).),indicating that sensitive acupoint application can improve nasal congestion symptoms and is superior to sensitive acupoint placebo application group.Sensitive acupoint application and non-sensitive acupoint drug application can improve the symptoms of nasal congestion,but The therapeutic effects of the two were similar;in the case of nasal itching,the difference between the sensitive acupoint application and the sensitive acupoint placebo was not statistically significant(P=0.719>0.05),compared with the non-sensitive acupoint application group.,P=0.013<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Sensitive acupoint drug application and sensitive acupoint placebo application will improve the symptoms of nasal itching,but the treatment results are similar.Sensitive acupoint drug application can improve the symptoms of nasal itching.And better than the non-sensitive acupoint drug application group.Second,laboratory test resultsThe difference of Thl(%)and Th2(%)between the three groups before and after treatment was compared.The difference of Thl(%)between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Th2 before and after treatment between the three groups(P<0.05)The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the difference of Thl(%)in the serum of the three groups was obvious after the sensitive acupoint application and the sensitive acupoint placebo application and non-sensitive acupoint drug application.The difference,Th2(%)difference is no significant difference.InconclusionThrough the analysis of the statistical results,it can be concluded that in the treatment of sneezing and sputum sputum,the sensitivity of sensitive acupoint drug application is better than the other two groups;in the treatment of nasal itching,the sensitivity of sensitive acupoint application is better than Sensitive acupoints were applied to the placebo group;in the treatment of nasal congestion,the sensitivity of sensitive acupoint application was better than that of non-sensitive acupoint application.At the same time,after sensitive acupoint application and sensitive acupoint placebo application and non-sensitive acupoint drug application,the sensitivity of Thl(%)was significantly higher in the sensitive acupoint treatment group than in the other two groups,and there was no significant difference in Th2(%)..It is proved that the effective treatment of sensitive acupoint drug application may be related to the influence of Thl/Th2 balance.
