The Clinical Study Of The Effect Of Self-designed Decoction On Postoperative Trauma Response Of Proximal Humerus FracturesKidney

Objective:Objective to evaluate the effect of self-designed decoction for relieving swelling on postoperative trauma response of proximal humerus fracture and the effect of Chinese medicine in perioperative treatmentMethods: Sixty patients with humeral proximal fracture admitted to the inpatient department of Yunnan Provincial Chinese Medicine hospital from December 2017 to February 2019 and treated with open reduction and internal fixation were included in this study.Thirty patients in the treatment group were treated with self-designed decoction orally for one week on the basis of the control group.After treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS),circumference difference of healthy and diseased shoulder side,skin temperature difference of healthy and diseased shoulder side,serological indexes[CRP,CK] were compared between the two groups,and SPSS21.0 was used for data analysis.Result:1.Comparison of postoperative VAS scores between the two groups: there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the treatment group and the control group at 1 and 4 days after the operation(P > 0.05).VAS scores at 7 days after operation in the treatment group were statistically different from those in the control group(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of peripheral diameter difference between the two groups of patients after treatment: there was no significant difference in peripheral diameter difference between the treatment group and the control group at 1 and 7 days after surgery(P > 0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in peri-diameter difference between the two groups 4 days after surgery(P < 0.05).3.Skin temperature difference of shoulder joint: there was no significantdifference in skin temperature difference between the treatment group and the control group 7 days after surgery(P > 0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups at 1 and 4 days after surgery(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of postoperative serological indicators: there was no significant difference in c-reactive protein(CRP)between the treatment group and the control group at 1 and 7 days after surgery(P > 0.05).C-reactive protein(CRP)in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group 2 days after surgery(P < 0.05).Creatine kinase(CK)at 1 and 7 days after operation in the treatment group showed no significant difference compared with the control group(P > 0.05).Creatine kinase(CK)in the treatment group was statistically different from that in the control group 2 days after operation(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Self-designed detumescence decoction has positive therapeutic significance in reducing shoulder joint swelling,pain,skin temperature and serological indexes for early postoperative treatment of proximal humerus fracture,and the treatment group is superior to the control group.Self-designed detumescence decoction can promote the repair of muscle tissue after proximal humerus fracture,which can be used as a reference for further study.
