Clinical Observation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pricking Method And Microwave Thermocoagulation In The Treatment Of Chronic Tonsillitis

Objective: Through clinical observation,To verify the clinical efficacy and treatment safety of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for chronic tonsillitis,At the same time,compared with microwave thermal coagulation treatment methods,The preliminary exploration of the advantages of each of the two external treatments of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine provides a reference for clinical use.Methods:The study included 60 patients with chronic tonsillitis patients,which from subsidiary Shanxi Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital Outpatient,Age 5-55,and more than 2 degrees swollen tonsils,Treatment were given pecking microwave coagulation therapy and treatment method,A total of 30 people in the treatment group,4 times for a course of treatment;30 people in microwave thermocoagulation therapy group,2-3 times as a course of treatment according to the effect of the treatment,The average time of treatment was January.Due to limited time and patients’ need for many times of outpatient restrictions,most of the patients in the observation group and the treatment group completed only one course of treatment,and failed to complete the follow-up.Therefore,the total score and the main symptom and sign scores before and after a course of treatment were statistically analyzed.Results:Peck treatment group 30 cases,4 cases were cured,10 cases effective,16 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 86.67%,the microwave coagulation treatment group of 30 cases,9 cases were markedly effective,15 cases effective,7 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 80%.Compared with the microwave treatment group,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).These symptoms were improved in the pecking group and the microwave treatment group : the pharynx obstructed the feeling,Irritant cough,secretion,tonsillar hyperemia,Tonsillar scar,Hyperemia of palatopalatoid arch,dry throat discomfort,throat burning sensation,sore throat,After comparison,(P>0.05)There is no significant difference and comparability,There is no significant difference,so it is comparable.The differences of the scores of the symptoms and signs before and after the treatment of the symptoms were compared.There were significantdifferences in the two groups(P<0.05)in the tonsillar secretion.According to the comparison of the average number,the control group was better than the treatment group.Comparison in tonsil congestion,sore sick,(P<0.05),There were significant differences between the two groups.According to the comparison,the treatment group was better than the control group.Compare in terms of obstruction,irritating cough,tonsil scar,palatoglossal arch hyperemia,throat discomfort,throat burning sensation,(P>0.05).There is no significant difference,suggesting that the two groups have the same effect.Tonsillar in 24 cases of tonsil size was smaller than that in microwave treatment group.Only 3 cases of tonsillar were smaller in the treatment group,and the control group was better than the treatment group.Conclusion:Two groups of chronic tonsillitis have good curative effect.There is no significant difference in the curative effect between the two treatments.But in terms of improving the secretion and tonsil enlargement of the tonsils,the control group than the treatment group,the improvement of the tonsils red and sore sick,the treatment group than the control group.To improve the blocking sense,irritating cough,tonsil scar,palatoglossal arch hyperemia,throat discomfort,throat burning sensation,there was no significant difference between the two groups.Due to time limitation,the long-term efficacy of two external therapies has not been observed in this study.Whether it can reduce the number of relapses or even cure is unknown.We should strengthen the follow-up of patients and make long-term curative effect research.
