Objective:Through the evaluation of the constitution of high-risk ischemic stroke patients, the distribution of TCM constitution in the high-risk groups of ischemic stroke was studied. The relationship between the high-risk factors of stroke and TCM constitution was only discussed, and the characteristics of TCM constitution according to high-risk groups were studied. The relationship between high-risk factors and TCM constitution provides reference for the prevention of stroke. Methods:To assess the constitution of Chinese medicine and the screening of stroke risk factors from April 2017 to December 2017 in the first-episode encephalopathy group,to obtain relevant data on 307 high-risk stroke patients, and to study the TCM constitutional characteristics of high-risk stroke patients.,and related risk factors related to stroke and TCM constitution,of which the correlation study uses a single factor analysis method. Results:The high-risk population of stroke is concentrated in the 50-70 age group. The top three biased constitutions of high-risk patients were yin deficiency, phlegm, and yang deficiency. The constitutional populations of coma syndromes are mostly concentrated in the elderly population. For example, people with qi deficiency constitutions are mostly distributed in people aged 60-69 years, while those with yin deficiency constitutions are mostly distributed in people aged 70-79 years, while people with positive constitutions are concentrated in middle-aged people. The wet physical population is mostly distributed in the 40-49 years old,and the hot and humid physical population is mostly in the 50-59 years old;the qi-depressed people are mostly in the 60-69 years old.In the correlation study, hypertension is related to the yin deficiency physical constitution(p<0.05);Dyslipidemia was associated with blood stasis(p<0.05);diabetes was associated with yang deficiency(p<0.05);atrial fibrillation was associated with qi stagnation(p<0.05);There was a correlation between overweight or obesity and yang deficiency and blood stasis(p<0.05);lack of exercise was related to yin deficiency and blood quality(p<0.05);smoking was related to phlegm and dampness(p< 0.05).Conclusion:1.High-risk factors followed by dyslipidemia, hypertension, lack of exercise or light physical workers,TIA,smoking history, apparent overweight or obesity, family history, past stroke history, diabetes, and atrial fibrillation.2.The distribution of physical constitution is the first constitution is the quality of peace, the predominant constitution is mainly the yin deficiency, phlegm constitution. In the clinical guidance of high-risk group prevention work can consider the appropriate physical characteristics, targeted prevention.3.For the age group of high-risk stroke patients, refer to the characteristics of physical distribution, effective health guidance, elderly patients with qi tonic,middle-aged people mostly spleen and dampness.4.In the prevention of high-risk factors,it is possible to consider the possible types of TCM constitutions at the same time, and to use TCM constitution to “prevent disease” to provide new beneficial explorations for the prevention of stroke.
