Objective:Establishment of enteral nutrition heating standard,the distance between the nutrient solution and the target temperature heater should be held at different speeds,the effect of regulating enteral nutrition on gastrointestinal tract in ICU patients was discussed.Validate the effect of the data model.Methods:1.establish data model: simulated intestinal environment and enteral nutrition process,set up the nutrient solution infusion speed of 50 ml/h,75 ml/h,100 ml/h,125 ml/h,heater and holding on the intestinal canal and random adjustment position,make the nutrient solution into the body temperature of 37 ?,records the distance of the heater and thermometer,monadic linear regression is used after the data consolidation enteral nutrition heating model is established,and standardize the heating technology.2.Clinical validation: in November 2016~October 2017 shanxi a 3 armour hospital ICU admission line of enteral nutrition of 157 cases of patients,randomly divided into 2groups,each group and in 50 ml/h,75 ml/h,100 ml/h,125 ml/h down the speed of the enteral nutrition,with abdominal distension diarrhoea,stomach tube jam,gastric retention,scald stress damage as observation indexes,observe the enteral nutrition in patients with 5d with all tolerance.Results:1.stage of establishing a data model: nutrient solution infusion speed and heater clamping distance is a positive linear correlation,the relationship between the nutrient solution infusion speed faster,The distance from the tip of the nose is farther away,a yuan linear regression model for Y = 15.952 + 0.147 X.Y(cm)is the distance,and X(ml/h)is the velocity.2.stage of clinical validation : in general,two groups of patients with abdominal distension diarrhoea,stomach retention in obvious difference(P < 0.05),the stomach tube jam,burns the pressure differences of injury has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).According to the stratification,there were statistically significant differences in theincidence of scalded stress injuries in the 50ml/h velocity group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in abdominal distension diarrhea and incidence of gastric retention and intestinal obstruction(P > 0.05).and there was no significant difference in the abdominal distension diarrhea,incidence of gastric retention,scalding stress injury,and intestinal obstruction in the 75ml/h velocity group(P > 0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the incidence of abdominal distension diarrhea and gastric retention in the 100ml/h velocity group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of scalding stress injury and intestinal obstruction(P > 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the abdominal distension diarrhea and incidence of scalding stress injuries in the 125ml/h velocity group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence ofgastric retention and intestinal obstruction(P >0.05).Conclusion: The standard enteral nutrition heating technology can reduce the i ncidence of abdominal distension diarrhea and gastric retention,and increase the tol erance of enteral nutrition.
