Shen Su Combined Treatment Group On Severe Asthma Syndrome Experience

Objective : In this study,through combing and understanding of the literatures of Renshen Decoction,Erchen Decoction and Suzijiangqi Decoction,the basis of prescriptions and compatibility rules of the Shensu combination group were summarized.Through the empirical research on Meng Jiuzhang's using of Shen Su combined prescription group to treat patients with severe cough and asthma,it is explored that the law of application and deep connotation of the Shen Su combined group from the perspective of the joint group.Methods:Review the literature,collate the source of the Shensu combination group and relevant information on the syndrome experience,and collect and record the typical outpatient medical cases using the Shensu combination group from September 2016 to September 2017.First,statistics on the sex,age,symptoms and signs,tongue and pulse,and the frequency of flavored drugs were collected.Then the data was analyzed and processed by using golden sections and other methods to further study the experience and compatibility of the Shensu combination group in treating severe cough and asthma.Results:The study shows that the Shensu combination group applies the middle-aged and old male patients whose age is more than 50 years old.Applications include bronchial asthma,chronic bronchitis,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,allergic asthma,emphysema,pulmonary heart disease,seasonal asthma,and child asthma,etc.Severe cough and asthma diseases,chronic bronchitis,bronchus Asthma and allergic asthma are predominant.The main clinical symptoms of the Shen Su combined group were cough,wheezing,lip violet,shortness of breath,and chest tightness.The secondary reference symptoms were irritability.In the aspect of tongue images,dark tongue,white or yellow coating are the main clinical manifestations.In the aspect of pulse,sunken pulse and thin pulse are the main clinical manifestations.Common flavoring drugs include ginger,jujube,codonopsis,dried ginger,ginger pinellia,shoot dry and ephedra.Conclusion:1.The Shensu combination group is derived from Renshen Decoction,Erchen Decoction and Suzijiangqi Decoction.It is the application of unilateral deepening.It expands the scope of treatment,and provides a new kind of treatment idea for difficult diseases.2.The Shensu combination group is responsible for the spleen and lung qideficiency,the syndrome of the attack on the lungs,and the effect of invigorating the spleen and the lungs,and removing the phlegm.3.The compatibility between the Party and the Party of The Shensu combination group has become a special feature.Renshen Decoction alternates with Suzi Lifei Decoction,.Renshen Decoction focuses on strengthening the spleen,and Suzi Lifei Tang focuses on the lungs,...
