| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of nervous tinni tus,and to explore the possible mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of ne rvous tinnitus by using the resting state f MRI technology and ALFF analysis me thod.Methods: A total of 8 patients with neurotinnitus were collected.Tinnitus visual analogue scale(VAS)and tinnitus disability scale(THI)were filled in before treatment,and the resting state f MRI was scanned.Then acupuncture was performed for one course of treatment(10 times for one course of treatment,three times a week and once every other day).After one course of treatment,the patients were evaluated again by filling in the tinnitus visual analogue scale(VAS)and tinnit us disability scale(THI),and the resting state f MRI was scanned to analyze the brain areas with different ALFF values before and after treatment.The efficac y of acupuncture in the treatment of neurotinnitus was observed by comparing the changes in scale scores before and after treatment,and the possible mechani sm of acupuncture in the treatment of neurotinnitus was discussed by comparing brain regions with different ALFF values before and after treatment.Results: 1.After 1 course of acupuncture,VAS score and THI score of patients with neu rotinnitus decreased compared with that before and after treatment,and the diffe rence was statistically significant,(P<0.05).2.After one course of treatment,ALFF values of patients with neurotinnitus befo re and after treatment were compared,and it was found that the brain difference s before and after treatment were reflected in the right superior temporal gyrus and the right superior frontal gyrus.Conclusion 1.Acupuncture can effectively treat neurogenic tinnitus.2.The possible mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of neurotinnitus is functional reorganization of the right superior temporal gyrus and the right superior frontal gyrus. |
