Objective: By summarizing the academic thought of li ye-fu,a famous Chinese doctor,in the treatment of muscular and skeletal diseases,the therapeutic scheme of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation was extracted,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated through clinical observation.Methods: 1.The theoretical part: combining the literature on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine,it summarizes the clinical experience of TCM master li yefu and summarizes his academic thoughts.2.Clinical trial: a total of 60 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group.The control group was the routine treatment group.The treatment group was li’s massage group,and the patients in the two groups were treated with intra-group method for two courses of treatment respectively.The patients in the treatment group and the control group were all treated with traction therapy,each treatment lasting for 30 minutes.The patients in the two groups were treated every other day for about 30 minutes,with one course of treatment for 10 days,and the second course of treatment was conducted one day after the first course of treatment.Patients were instructed to fill in the visual analogue pain scale(VAS),the Japanese society of orthopaedic surgery score scale for the treatment of low back pain(m-joa)and Oswestry disability index questionnaire before and after treatment for two courses of treatment,and statistical analysis was performed.Results:(1)comparison of VAS scores before and after treatment between the two groups: the VAS scores in the treatment group after li’s massage were significantly lower than those in the control group after traditional massage.(2)according to the experimental study and data analysis,the comparison between the two groups of patients in pre-treatment and post-treatment m-joa score: both groups of patients showed significant improvement in m-joa score after treatment compared with before,with statistical significance.The M-JOA score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.(3)comparison of Oswestry scores before and after treatment between the two groups: Oswestry scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after li’s massage.(4)symptom efficacy evaluation of the two groups: treatment group(li’s massage group): among the 30 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,22 cases showed significant effect,7 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective,with an apparent efficiency of 73.3% and a total effective rate of 96.7%.Control group(traditional massage group): among the 30 patients with lumbar disc herniation,there were 12 cases with significant effect,14 cases with effective effect and 4 cases with ineffective effect,with an overall significant efficiency of 40.0% and a total effective rate of 86.7%.The treatment group(li’s massage group)was significantly superior to the control group(traditional massage group)in terms of symptom efficacy evaluation.Conclusion: 1.Academic thought on the treatment of sinew and bone diseases by li ye-fu,the master of traditional Chinese medicine: mutual reference of diseases and syndromes,the same way of pushing medicine,simultaneous strengthening of sinew and bone,dualregulation of qi and blood,liver and kidney oriented,and emphasis on treatment and nourishing.2.Under the guidance of the academic thought of li ye-fu,the master of traditional Chinese medicine,li’s massage is more effective in the clinical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation than traditional massage therapy,which is suitable for clinical promotion. |
