Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of the method of Invigorating Qi and activating blood circulation in treating microvascular angina perctoris of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type, and its effect on vascular endothelial function.Method:Forty patients with microangina Pectoris of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were selected, according to the principle of randomized control, they were divided into treatment group and control group.the control group was given routine western medicine anti-angina drugs, another group was given Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the control group, one dose per day, take warm clothes twice in the morning and evening.4 weeks for a period of treatment,The scores of angina symptoms, the curative effect of TCM symptoms, the range and duration of ST-segment depression of 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram, the stop-and-drop rate of nitroglycerin, the concentration of ET-1,NO,hs-CRP and LDL-C were observed before and after treatment, and the adverse reactions were recorded.Result: 1.Curative effect of angina pectoris: the scores of angina pectoris in both groups were lower than thoes before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the treatmentg roup decreased more significantly after treatment(P<0.05);total effective rate of angina pectoris after treatment was higher than in the control group(P<0.05).2.The efficacy of TCM syndrome:After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromesin both groups decreased at different levels(P<0.01),while in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01);there was no difference in the total effective rate of TCM symptoms between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),the total effective rate of the treatment group was 40%,while that of the control group was 5%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the treatment group was better than the control group.3.24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram:after treatment, the total effect of dynamice lectrocardiogram in treatment group was more prominent than that of control gro-up(P<0.05);and the duration of ST-segment depression of dynamic electrocardiog-ram in the two groups was significantly reduced after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the decrease of dynamic electroca-rdiogra m in the treatment group was more obvious than another group(P<0.01).4.Nitroglycerin cut-off rate:Compared with the control group, there was a significa-nt difference in the stop-and-drop rate of nitroglycerin between the two groups, after treatment, the increase of nitroglycerin in the treatment group was more obvi-ous than that another group(P<0.05).5.Serological indicators: Both groups had the effects of lowering ET-1,hs-CRP,LDL-C and increasing NO levels, there were significant differences among the gro-ups(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the treatment group had significant difference in reducing ET-1,hs-CRP and LDL-C(P<0.01),and could improve the level of NO(P<0.01).6.Safety evaluation:There were no significant abnormalities in blood, urine, stool routine tests, liver and kidney function tests, and no other obvious side effects and intolerable reactions during the treatment. Conclusion:The method of Invigorating Qi and activating blood circulation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with microangina pectoris and reduce the levels of ET-1,hs-CRP and LDL-C in serum, and increase the level of NO,It playing an anti-inflammatory role and improving vascular endothelial function,it can also reduce the degree and duration of ST-segment depression of ECG,and has high safety.
