Clinical Observation Of Single-row Anchor Suture Under Shoulder Arthroscopy Combined With Huoxue Lishui Decoction In The Treatment Of Rotator Cuff Injury

Objective:In this study,single-row anchor suture under shoulder arthroscopy combined with oral Huoxue Lishui decoction was used to treat rotator cuff injury.The clinical efficacy of the patients was evaluated by observing the recovery of shoulder pain(VSA),function(UCLA)and shoulder-elbow surgical score after operation..Method:A total of 40 patients with rotator cuff injury were selected from June 2017 to December 2018 in Department of Orthopedics,First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with celecoxib orally after arthroscopic suture of rotator cuff injury with single-row anchors,while the treatment group was treated with Huoxue Lishui Decoction orally after arthroscopic suture of single-row anchors for 2 weeks.VAS score of shoulder pain,UCLA score of shoulder function and surgical score of shoulder and elbow were recorded at 1st,4th and 8th week after operation,and the curative effect was analyzed by statistics.Result:The VAS pain score of the two groups decreased significantly at follow-up(P < 0.01);UCLA function score of shoulder joint increased at follow-up(P < 0.01);there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in VAS,UCLA and shoulder-elbow Surgery score at 1 week follow-up(P>0.05);and there was no significant difference between the two groups in VAS,UCLA and shoulder-elbow Surgery score at 4 and 8 weeks post-operation(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of shoulder and elbow vs between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Oral administration of Huoxue Lishui Decoction can significantly relieve the pain after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair,prevent soft tissue adhesion and promote the recovery of shoulder joint function.2.The curative effect of Huoxue Lishui Decoction after operation was better than that of celecoxib group.Huoxue Lishui Decoction had definite curative effect,safe medication and significantly improved patient satisfaction.
