Objective:1.To observe the clinical efficacy and prognosis of Kechuanping Granule in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis.2.To determine the activation of IL‐6/STAT3,IL‐4,IL‐13/STAT6 pathway by measuring the changes of peripheral blood in children with asthmatic bronchitis before and after Kechuanping granule intervention.The relationship between open‐mediated Th2 dominant expression and IFN‐ γ /STAT4‐mediated Th1 dominant expression and its relationship with childhood asthmatic bronchitis.3.To explore whether the mechanism of action of Kechuanping Granule is related to the activation and opening of IL‐6/STAT3,IL‐4,IL‐13/STAT6,IFN‐ γ /STAT4 pathway,and explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese patent medicine Kechuanping Granule.Mechanisms and targets.4.Through the exploration of the mechanism of action and the observation and study of clinical curative effect,it provides theoretical basis and experimental support for the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis for Chinese patent medicine Kechuanping granules,in order to enrich Chinese medicine for children’s asthma.The disease provides experimental support.Methods:From December 2017 to January 2019,we received regular treatment in the pediatrics department of our hospital(Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine),including 60 cases of asthmatic bronchitis diagnosed by outpatient and inpatient departments,and TCM syndrome differentiation was cold syndrome.All 60 cases meeting the diagnostic criteria were divided into two groups according to the random principle(random number method),30 cases in the control group and the observation group,respectively,and all were given formal treatment,that is,the two groups were guided according to the guidelines.The standard is treated by Western medicine(including anti‐infection,aerosol inhalation and,if necessary,antipyretic treatment).The observation group is given the Chinese medicine Kechuanping Granules on the basis of this treatment.The daily intake is boiled,daily.3 times;the dose is given a standard amount according to the corresponding age standard(specifically 1‐3 years old,5g,Tid;4‐6 years old,7g,Tid;7‐10 years old,8g,Tid).The curative effect was determined after 7 days of observation and treatment,mainly from the changes of TCM syndromes in the two groups and the changes of serum IL‐6/STAT3,IL‐4,IL‐13/STAT6,IFN‐ γ /STAT4 levels before and after treatment.Compare the two aspects and use SPSS23.0 statistical software for data analysis.Results:1.Comparison of the two groups: The observation rate(recovery rate + significant efficiency)was 96.66%,and the control group was 90.00%.The difference between the two groups was compared,p<0.05,suggesting that there was a significant difference between the two groups.On the one hand,it shows that although the treatment methods of the two groups are different,they can effectively treat asthmatic bronchitis(cold stagnation syndrome),and also show that the observation group of integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment is better than the control group.2.Comparison of TCM Syndrome Points: The data showed that the total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups of asthmatic bronchitis were significantly lower than those before treatment.The intra‐group analysis was compared,p<0.05,indicating treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Moreover,the decline trend of the total score of TCM syndromes in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group.The comparison between groups,p<0.05,indicated that there was a significant difference in the improvement of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups.This indicates that both treatments can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of children with asthmatic bronchitis and promote the recovery of children,and the observation group is better than the controlgroup.3.IL‐6/STAT3 comparison: The expression levels of serum IL‐6 and STAT3 in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The results showed that the expression levels of IL‐6 and STAT3 were not detected before treatment.Significant statistical difference,p>0.05,indicating that the two groups were comparable;after treatment,the expression levels of IL‐6 and STAT3 in the two groups were compared between groups,and the IL‐ and STAT3 levels were compared between the two groups.6.The levels of STAT3 were significantly decreased.The comparison within the group,p<0.05,indicated that there was significant difference before and after treatment.The decline trend of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group.The comparison between groups was p<0.05,indicating that the difference between the groups was obvious.The group was superior to the control group4.IL‐4,IL‐13/STAT6 comparison: The serum levels of IL‐4,IL‐13 and STAT6 were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The results showed that the two groups were treated with IL‐ before treatment.4.There was no statistically significant difference in the expression levels of IL‐13 and STAT6,p>0.05,indicating that the two groups were comparable.After treatment,the expression levels of IL‐4,IL‐13 and STAT6 were compared in the two groups.Compared with the intra‐group,the levels of IL‐4,IL‐13 and STAT6 in the two groups were significantly decreased after the treatment.The intra‐group comparison,p<0.05,indicated that there were significant differences before and after treatment;The control group was more obvious,and the comparison between groups was p<0.05,indicating that the difference between the groups was obvious,and the observation group was superior to the control group.5.IFN‐γ/STAT4 comparison: The expression levels of serum IFN‐γ and STAT4 in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The results showed that the expression levels of IFN‐ γ and STAT4 were not obvious before treatment.The statistical difference,p>0.05,indicated that the two groups were comparable.After treatment,the expression levels of IFN‐ γ and STAT4 in the two groups were compared within the group and between groups.After treatment,IFN‐ γ was detected in the two groups.The levels of STAT4 were significantly increased.The intra‐group comparison,p<0.05,indicated that there were significant differences before and after treatment;and the upward trend of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group.The comparison between groups was p<0.05,indicating that the observation group was superior to the control group.6.Comparison of adverse reactions: 60 children with asthmatic bronchitis did not see obvious drug‐induced adverse reactions during treatment.Only a few cases had transient vomiting and loose stools,but did not affect the treatment plan and course of treatment.,no special treatment.Conclusion:1.Kechuanping Granule is used in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis,which can effectively improve the cure rate,safe and reliable;2.The decline trend of TCM syndrome scores in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the observation group was relatively better.3.Kechuanping granules can play an active role in the treatment of IL‐6/STAT3,IL‐4,IL‐13/STAT6,IFN‐ γ /STAT4 pathway in children with asthmatic bronchitis,and can improve airway inflammation.Reduce airway hyperresponsiveness and regulate immune balance.
