Objective:By detecting the expression of ALDH1 and Musashi-1 in 116 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma, the relationship between the expression of ALDH1 and Musashi-1 and the clinicopathological parameters of endometrial adenocarcinoma and the correlation between them were analyzed.Role in the development and progression of endometrial adenocarcinoma, and to evaluate the significance of both in the prognosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma.method:The case data were collected, and 116 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma and adjacent normal endometrial tissue were surgically resected and confirmed by pathology from January 2010 to December 2015 in my Hospital. The clinical pathological parameters were collected. And follow-up data. The tissue microarray was prepared and the expression of ALDH1 and Musashi-1 in two groups of cases(endometrial adenocarcinoma and adjacent tissues)was detected by MaxVisionTM/HRP immunohistochemical staining.result:1.The positive expression rates of ALDH1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma and adjacent normal endometrial tissues were 54.31% and 6.67%,respectively.The expression of ALDH1 in the two tissues was statistically significant(P<0.05);116cases of endometrial glands ALDH1 expression in cancer tissues was 63(54.31%),low expression was 33(28.45%),and medium-high expression was 30(25.86%).The positive expression rate of ALDH1 in different FIGO stages of endometrial adenocarcinoma was I:47(47.96%)II: 7(87.5%)III: 9(90%),(?2=5.418,P=0.020)The variance of the chi-square trend test was statistically significant;the positive expression rate of histological grade was G1: 8(34.78%)G2:41(56.16%)G3:14(70%),(?2=9.291,P=0.002).The chi-square trend test showed statistically significant differences;the depth of myometrial invasion was not or ?1 /2 positive expression rate was 43(48.31%),> 1/2 positive expression rate was 20(74.07%),(?2=5.54,P=0.019),the difference was statistically significant;there was positive expression rate of lymph node metastasis status. For 8(88.89%),the positive expression rate of no lymph node metastasis was 55(51.40%),and(?2=4.70 P=0.03).The difference was statistically significant;Tube infiltration state positive rate of 30(81.08%),non-positive vascular invasion was state 33(41.77%),(?2 = 15.69 P <0.001),the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of different ages and pregnancy history in patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma(P>0.05).2.The positive expression rates of Musashi-1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma and adjacent normal endometrial tissues were 71.55% and 10%,respectively.The expression of Musashi-1 in the two tissues was statistically significant(P<0.05);116cases The expression of Musashi-1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue specimens was 83(71.55%),low expression was 40(34.48%),and middle and high expression was 43(45.69%);Musashi-1 was different in FIGO staging of endometrial adenocarcinoma The positive expression rates were I:66(67.35%)II:7(87.5%)III:10(100%),(?2=5.73,P=0.0017).The difference of the chi-square trend test was statistically significant; The positive expression rates of the grades were: G1:10(43.48%)G2:55(75.34%)G3:18(90%),(?2=11.682,P=0.001).The difference of the chi-square trend test was statistically significant. The depth of myometrial invasion was no or ? 1/2 positive expression rate was 58(65.17%),> 1/2 positive expression rate was 25(92.59%),(?2=7.65,P=0.006),the difference was statistically significant.Significance;positive expression rate of lymph node metastasis was 9(100%),and positive expression rate of no lymph node metastasis was 74(69.16%),(?2= 3.88P=0.049)Statistical significance;the positive expression rate of vascular infiltration was 31(83.78%),and the positive expression rate of vascular infiltration was 52(65.82%),(?2=3.99 P=0.046),the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of different ages and pregnancy history in patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma(P>0.05).3.There was a positive correlation between ALDH1 and Musashi-1 expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues(r=0.262,P=0.004<0.05).4.The expression of ALDH1 and Musashi-1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma was negatively correlated with the overall survival time of endometrial adenocarcinoma patients.Kaplan-Meier survival curve showed that the survival rate of patients with high expression of ALDH1 was significantly lower than that of non-expression group and low expression group(P=0.000<0.05).The survival rate of patients with high expression of Musashi-1 was significantly lower than that of no expression group and low expression.Group(P=0.007<0.05).in conclusion:1.ALDH1 is expressed in endometrial adenocarcinoma, and is positively correlated with different FIGO and histological grade, myometrial invasion, lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion in endometrial adenocarcinoma, but different age and pregnancy history. There is no correlation in it.This indicates that ALDH1 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of endometrial adenocarcinoma;2.Musashi-1 is expressed in endometrial adenocarcinoma and is positively correlated with different FIGO,histological grade, myometrial invasion, lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion in endometrial adenocarcinoma, but different ages from patients. There was no correlation in the history of pregnancy. This indicates that Musashi-1 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of endometrial adenocarcinoma;3.The expressions of ALDH1 and Musashi-1 were positively correlated, suggesting that there may be an intrinsic relationship between the two, which regulates the development of endometrial adenocarcinoma.4.The expression of ALDH1 and Musashi-1 in endometrial adenocarcinoma tissues was significantly negatively correlated with the prognosis of patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma. The expression of both may be closely related to the occurrence, progression, biological behavior and prognosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
