Analysis Of The Efficacy Of Two Operative Methods For Uterine Incision Scar Diverticulum After Cesarean Section

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical effect of two surgical methods on uterine incision scar diverticulum after cesarean section.METHODS:From July 2013 to June 2016,Patients with PCSD and fertility requirements were diagnosed and treated in Jiangxi provincial people's hospital,Randomly divided into two groups: group A was the vaginal surgery group,A total of 35 cases,and group B was the laparoscopic surgery group,A total of 30 cases.The operative time,intraoperative bleeding loss,postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative hospitalization days,postoperative menstrual improvement,postopera-tive re-pregnancy and pregnancy outcome were compared in each group.RESULTS:The group A in operative time,intraoperative bleeding is superior to the group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative anal exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rate of postoperative menstruation improvement was 88.57% and 85.71%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The patients in the two groups were followed up for 30 months.No cases were lost to follow-up.After pregnancy and pregnancy outcomes,the pregnancy rate,scar pregnancy rate,abortion rate and live birth rate were 71.4% and 5.7%,respectively.11.4% and 54.3%,B group were 76.7%,6.7%,10.0% and 53.3%,respectively,there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Both surgical methods can effectively treat the uterine incision diverticulum,and the postoperative pregnancy and pregnancy outcome are quite similar.The vaginal surgery uses the natural passage of the human body,which is more minimally invasive,has a quick operation time,requires simple medical equipment,and has lower operating costs.It is widely carried out clinically.
