Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Vaginal Surgery To Repair The Uterine Scar Diverticulum

Objective: Uterine scar diverticulum is a complication of uterine surgery.In recent years,the rate of caesarean section is high and the incidence is rising.It has serious impact on women's physical and mental health by menorrhagia or,dysmenorrhea,dyspareunia,pelvic pain,infertility.With the opening of the two-child policy,the incidence of pregnancy complications of the uterine scar diverticulum is becoming more and more serious,and more and more the attention of the clinician.At present,the standard of diagnostic treatment is not established at home and abroad.The current treatment methods include: drug therapy,laparoscopic diverticular surgery,abdominal,vaginal,laparoscopic scar repair and hysterectomy.This study is based on the cases of vaginal surgery to repair the uterine scar diverticulum retrospective observation analysis,and explore the clinical application of the operation method,evaluate the curative effect of the operation and prospects.Methods: In the first affiliated hospital of Wannan Medical College and The Second people's hospital of WuHu,40 patients receiving surgery treatment for PCSD were recruited into our study from January 2014 to September 2016.Random sampling,22 cases in the observation group,18 cases in the control group.All the selected cases were fully qualified?There is no significant difference and comparability.The observation group was given a vaginal surgery to repair the uterine scar diverticulum.The control group gave the uterine laparoscopic joint uterine scar tissue repair.Observe operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospitalization days,cure rate,incidence of complications such as index.After the data packet for statistical analysis.Choose SPSS 19.0 software for data analysis,the measurement data of the contrast between group by t test,and count data comparison between groups using chi-square analysis of X 2,P < 0.05 represent significant difference.Results: 22 patients in observation group,were successfully completed surgery.The operation times were 40 min-105 min,the average operation time is(54 ± 15 min);Intraoperative blood loss is 30-80 ml,the average intraoperative blood loss is(50.23 ± 10.52 ml);Postoperative hospitalization days are 3 to 7 days,the average postoperative hospitalization days are(4.14 ± 0.8 d);The average hospitalization cost are 8734.5± 0.0 yuan.1 cases of postoperative incision infection symptoms;Postoperative follow-up of 18 cases,healed in 4 cases effective,no ineffective case.18 cases in the control group,1 case repaired the bladder injury and the urine was kept for a week and recovered well.The rest of the 17 cases operation is completed.Operation time is 85 min-200,the average operation time is(122±26 min);Intraoperative blood loss is 50-120 ml,the average intraoperative blood loss is(69.44 ± 20.71 ml);Postoperative hospitalization days are 3 to 9 days,the average postoperative hospitalization days are(4.72 ± 1.3 d);The average hospitalization cost are 10819.9 ± 1144 yuan.Postoperative follow-up of 15 cases reach the standard cure,3 cases effective,no ineffective case.Conclusion: Surgical repair of uterine scar diverticulum with laparoscopy combined hysteroscopy and vaginal surgery are all effective treatment method,but the vaginal surgery to repair the uterine scar diverticulum is safer,simpler and more effective.Surgery to repair the uterine scar diverticulum hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy,compared with vaginal surgery is more easy,smaller trauma.quicker recovery,shorter hospitalization time?So a vaginal surgery to repair the uterine scar diverticulum has clinical value and is worthy of promotion.
