Objective:By investigating the status quo of disease uncertainty, psychological resilience and medical coping style of patients with breast cancer before operation, the correlation between them was analyzed, and the mechanism of disease uncertainty and psychological resilience on medical coping style was discussed. On the one hand,it provides a theoretical basis for strengthening the psychological resilience of breast cancer patients and promoting them to adopt positive coping styles. On the other hand,it provides a targeted intervention way for hospital nurses to give preoperative education and psychological care to breast cancer patients and promote them to reduce or eliminate the uncertainty of disease before operation. Methods:This topic is a descriptive study designed by cluster sampling.A total of 278 breast surgery patients in three tertiary general hospitals in * city were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire consisted of general information questionnaire, disease uncertainty scale,Psychological Resilience Scale and medical coping style scale.SPSS 18.0 was used to input data.Descriptive analysis,t-test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the statistical data.Results:1.The average score of disease uncertainty of breast cancer patients before operation was(96.56±6.18).There were differences in the level of disease uncertainty of breast cancer patients before operation among different gender, age, length of stay, educational background, family income per capita, occupation, marital status, payment mode, family residence, preoperative chemotherapy or not,P < 0.05.2.The average score of preoperative psychological resilience of breast cancer patients was(58.57±6.62).There were differences in preoperative psychological resilience of breast cancer patients with different gender, age, educational background, family per capita monthly income, occupation, marital status, payment method and family residence,P < 0.05.3.The preoperative coping style scores of breast cancer patients were(18.26±2.12),avoidance coping style scores were(16.21±3.45),yield coping style scores were(10.10±0.14).There were differences in the coping style scores of patients of different ages, sex, length of stay, educational background and preoperative chemotherapy(P < 0.05).4.Disease uncertainty is negatively correlated with psychological resilience and the dimension of medical coping style, and positively correlated with the dimension of avoidance and surrender of medical coping style.Psychological resilience is positively correlated with face, negatively correlated with avoidance and surrender.5.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that age, sex, educational background, family income per capita, preoperative chemotherapy, psychological resilience,resilience,self-improvement,optimism,face,avoidance and surrender entered the prediction equation(P < 0.05).6.Multivariate linear regression analysis of preoperative psychological resilience of breast cancer patients showed that age, educational background, monthly income, disease uncertainty, lack of information, ambiguity, unpredictability, confrontation and submission entered the prediction equation(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative uncertainty of breast cancer patients was at a moderate level.Age,sex, educational background, family per capita monthly income and preoperative chemotherapy were the main factors to predict the uncertainty of disease.Age,educational background, face, surrender and family per capita monthly income were the main factors to predict psychological resilience, which could provide reference for medical staff to formulate targeted nursing strategies, reduce patients' uncertainty of disease and improve patients' psychological resilience level.
