Objective:The expressions of E2F7 and VEGF in gastric cancer tissues and correspo nding paracancer tissues were detected, and the relationship between E2F7 and VEGF and the clinicopathological parameters of gastric cancer was studied,a nd the correlation between E2F7 and VEGF expression was analyzed. Methods:Application of real-time immune fluorescence quantitative PCR detection E2F7 in 20 cases of gastric cancer and matched tissue adjacent to carcinoma an d VEGF mRNA,immune histochemical method detection of 52 cases of gastri c carcinoma and corresponding normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma E2F7 and VEGF protein expression in the situation, and by using SPSS ?Graphpad pris m 6.0 software to analyze E2F7 respectively and the expression of VEGF and the relationship between gastric cancer clinical pathologic factors and the corr elation of both expressed in cancerous tissue.Result:The relative expression level and positive expression rate of E2F7 and VE GF in gastric cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal par a-carcinoma tissues(all P<0.05).The expression of E2F7 in gastric cancer was correlated with tumor invasion depth, differentiation degree, lymph node metast asis and pathological stage(P<0.05).VEGF expression was correlated with tum or invasion depth, differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis and pathologic al stage(P<0.05).The expression of E2F7 and VEGF protein in gastric cancer tissues is correlated(r=0.555,P<0.01).Conclusion:The expression of E2F7 and VEGF is closely related to the occurrence an d development of gastric cancer and can be used as an important indicator of gastric cancer invasion, invasion and metastasis.
