Objective:This study aims to investigate the relationship between TSH and DTC by analyzing the preoperative serum TSH values of patients with thyroid nodules treated in our hospital.It is an indicator for predicting DTC and enriches the preoperative evaluation methods of clinicians.Methods: Statistic Sex,age,and preoperative TSH levels of patients with first-stage surgical thyroid nodules(mostly completed by the group)in the Department of Breast Surgery,Yanjishan Hospital,Wannan Medical College,September-October 2017,September 2017 The pathological report includes: the largest diameter of the tumor(the maximum diameter of the tumor is not discussed in the multi-focal group),single or multiple tumors(the pathological report of some nodular goiter does not describe the size,excluded),lymph node metastasis,statistics Learn to deal with the relationship between preoperative TSH and DTC.Results:Finally,90 patients were eligible for the study,and were divided into control group(benign group)and experimental group(DTC group)according to pathological properties.There were 50 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the DTC group.After statistical analysis,1.DTC group TSH level(2.49±1.12)?IU/ml compared with control group TSH level(1.55±0.47)?IU/ml,DTC group was significantly higher than the control group,t=5.330,p <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.The DTC group was compared according to the maximum diameter of the tumor and the number of lesions: statistical comparison between groups was performed between the single-shot group and the multiple-shot group.The results showed that the TSH level(2.86±1.30)?IU/ml in the multiple-shot group was compared with the single-shot group(2.36±1.05)?IU/ml,t=1.231,p>0.05,no statistical difference.In the single-dose group,the differentiated thyroid cancer with a maximum tumor diameter of 1 cm or less was divided into one group with the largest diameter of the tumor as the boundary,and the differentiated thyroid cancer with the largest tumor diameter larger than 1 cm was divided into another group.Statistical comparisons were made between the two groups.The results showed that in the single-dose group,the maximum diameter of the tumor was less than or equal to 1 cm in the TSH level(2.48±1.06)?IU/ml,compared with the TSH level(2.21±1.06)?IU/ml in the tumor with a maximum diameter greater than 1 cm,t= 0.689,p>0.05,no statistical difference.3.Comparison of cervical lymph node metastasis: DTC patients were divided into lymph node metastasis positive group(22 cases)and lymph node metastasis negative group(18 cases).The average TSH levels were(2.98±1.05)?IU/ml and(1.88).±0.91)?IU/ml,which were statistically different(t=3.496,p<0.05),ie,TSH levels were correlated with lymph node metastasis.Conclusion: Preoperative serum TSH level is correlated with DTC;Preoperative serum TSH levels are not related to DTC diameter and multifocal;Preoperative serum TSH level is correlated with DTC lymph node metastasis.
