Short-Term Efficacy Observation Of Deanxit Combined With Dexamethasone In The Treatment Of Malignant Tumor Chemotherapy-Induced Depression

Objective:To analyze and discuss the short-term efficacy of Deanxit combined with Dexamethasone in the treatment of malignant tumor chemotherapy-induced depress-ion,and provides valuable reference information for future clinical prevention and treatment.Methods:1.Fivty patients with malignant tumor depression who received chemotherapy in the hospital from April 2018 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.2.Staging was based on the American Joint Committee on Cancer(AJCC)TNM staging system for malignant tumors(seventh edition in 2010).3.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups that twenty-five cases each.The observation group was Deanxit combined with Dexamethasone,and the control group was Deanxit.The antiemetic effect and depression status of the two groups were observed.The patient's depression status and nausea vomiting were observed and mathematical statistics were performed.4.In the data processing work,SPSS18.0 statistical software was used for treatment.To compare the patient count data and have the X2 test.P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant;P<0.01 was considered to be statistically significant.Results:1.There are no statistically significant difference in the improvement of depression status in the observation group.2.The improvement of antiemetic in the observation group was better than that in the control group.3.The antiemetic effect of patients in the observation group whose scores on the self-assessment scale decreased by 10 points before and after treatment was better than those whose scores on the self-assessment scale were less than 10 points(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The antiemetic effect of the combination of Deanxit and Dexamethasone is better than that of the Deanxit alone,and the antiemetic effect of the patients with depression is improved to a certain extent.2.There are no significant statistical significance in the change of depression status of patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy-induced depression.
