The Fritillaria thunbergii is one of the authentic medicinal material in Zhejiang Province.It is the dried bulb of Fritillaria thunbergii(Fritillaria thunbergii),a liliaceous plant.It is mainly used to treat wind-heat cough,phlegm-fire cough,lung carbuncle,breast carbuncle,sore poison ect.It is a commonly used drug in prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper mainly studies the production technology and quality of Fritillaria thunbergii superfine powder pieces.The main contents are as follows:1.Production Technology of Fritillaria thunbergii Superfine Powder PiecesThe medicinal materials of Fritillaria thunbergii were pulverized by ultrafine pulverization technology,and the influencing factors in the pulverization process were investigated by the particle size measurement results of the pulverized powder.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: drying the coarse crushed Fritillaria thunbergii at 60? for 2 hours,then crushing in ultrafine grinder for 50 minutes.2.Quality Control of Fritillaria thunbergii Superfine Powder Pieces(1)According to the relevant methods of the fourth part of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition,the properties,identification(microscopic identification,TLC identification),inspection(moisture,total ash,acid insoluble ash,sulfur dioxide residue)and extracts of Fritillaria thunbergii ultrafine powder were discovered.The results showed that the ultrafine powder of Fritillaria thunbergii was pale yellow-white powder with slight odor and bitter taste.Microscopic identification showed that the starch granules of Fritillaria thunbergii were numerous,mostly single oval,wide oval or elliptic.The broken threaded ducts and cell walls were visible,water content of the ducts not exceeding 10.0%,total ash content not exceeding 6.0%;The insoluble ash content was no more than 1.0%,the extract was no less than 8.0%.(2)The chromatographic conditions and determination methods refer to the content determination of Fritillaria thunbergii in the first part of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition),page 292.The selected chromatographic conditions were Alltech ELSD2000 evaporative light scattering detector,Agilent 1100 high performance liquid chromatograph,Welch Ultimate XB-C18(4.6 x 250 mm,5?m),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-diethylamine(70:30:0.03),carrier gas velocity was 2.2L/min,and evaporation temperature was 83.5?.The linear equation of peimine: Lg(Y(area)=7.20298+1.32635*Lg(X(ug))(r=0.99953,n=5),linear equation of peiminine: Lg(Y(area)=7.10093+1.35213*Lg(X(ug))(r=0.99968,n=5).The specificity,system applicability,precision,accuracy and durability of the method are verified by experiments.The contents of ten batches of samples determined according to the method are 0.189%,0.185%,0.195%,0.101%,and 0.099%,0.096%,0.134%,0.129%,0.134%,0.130%.3.Study on Characteristics of Ultrafine Powder Pieces of FritillariaDue to its small particle size,Fritillaria Ultrafine Powder Pieces can be taken directly into water,saving time and effort.The results showed that the dissolution of active ingredients in Fritillaria thunbergii Ultrafine Powder Pieces was still better than that in Fritillaria thunbergii Traditional Decoction Pieces and Fritillaria thunbergii Fine Powder under the same dosage,and higher water temperature is more conducive to the rapid dissolution of its active ingredients.Acidic conditions can also improve the dissolution rate of its active ingredients,but considering the coldness of Fritillaria thunbergii,if taken before meals may stimulate the gastrointestinal tract,it suggested that it should be taken after meals.
