Professor Zhao Weimin's Experience In The Treatment Of Carotid Plaque

Objective: By collecting the cases of Professor Zhao Weimin treating atherosclerotic plaque(coronary artery and carotid artery),using statistical analysis,summarized the core drugs,drug categories,high-frequency drug cluster prescriptions and so on,and summarized the medication rule and academic thought of Professor Zhao Weimin treating atherosclerotic plaque.Methods: Records of patients with atherosclerotic plaque treated by Professor Zhao from December 2016 to December 2018 were collected.The patient information was input into Microsoft Office Excel 2007 worksheet,and Professor Zhao's database for the treatment of atherosclerotic plaques was established,which included name,sex,age and prescription.In the compatibility and composition of traditional Chinese medicines,binary quantification was used,and each drug was taken as statistical variable.According to whether or not drugs were used,the frequency of drugs was assigned "1" or "0",and the data mining method of clustering analysis was used by SPSS 22.0 and other software.Results: Among the 312 case prescriptions included in this study,120 herbal medicines were obtained.The total frequency of drug use was 4326 times,with an average of 14.42 herbal medicines in each prescription.Among them,32 herbal medicines were used more than 50 times,and the cumulative frequency of the 32 herbal medicines was 2622 times,with a cumulative frequency of 60.61%.Therefore,the first 32 herbal medicines were divided into high frequency for the treatment of the disease in this study.According to the ranking of frequency,the top ten drugs are raw astragalus,honeysuckle,notoginseng,Radix scrophulariae,angelica,licorice,Pueraria root,Rehmannia root,safflower and hawthorn.According to the statistics of 120 kinds of medicines appearing in all medical cases,the medicines with frequencies greater than 50 times are classified as high-frequency medicines.According to the statistics of high-frequency medicines used in this study and referring to the classification methods of TCM textbooks,they can be divided into tonifying deficiency medicines,clearing away heat medicines,promoting blood circulation and removing stasis medicines,regulating qi medicines,eliminating food,eliminating superficial drugs,diuresis and dampness medicines,calming liver and quencing wind The frequencies were 10.33%,16.46%,10.82%,4.30%,5.41%,4.05%,2.98%,1.99%,1.29%,1.71% and 1.27% respectively.Conclusion: According to the cluster prescriptions of drugs and the words of the instructor,when treating arterial plaque,the instructor takes tonifying deficiency medicine as the basic medicine group,cooperating with heat-clearing drugs,activating blood stasis drugs,Qi-regulating drugs,food-killing drugs,surface-relieving drugs,water-promoting and dampness-permeating drugs,dampness-removing drugs and other drugs,reflecting the basic pathogenesis of deficiency and dampness of this disease,and in the treatment,he does not simply use a large number of tonifying deficiency drugs,but activates them.Blood-stasis-removing and heat-clearing drugs are the main drugs,followed by tonifying deficiency,which reflects the treatment thought of "Pingbu".And then according to the amount of pathological products such as dampness,phlegm turbidity,heat and toxicity,flexibly add or subtract related drugs and treat them according to syndrome differentiation.
