Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(Deficiency Of Yin And Yang)with Jinguishenqiwan

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of "jingkushenqi pill" in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(deficiency of Yin and Yang),so as to prove that this method can effectively regulate the blood glucose of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,and significantly improve the clinical symptoms of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,improve the quality of life of patients.Methods: on the basis of the unified diabetes diet and exercise therapy,the patients were randomly divided into two groups(using SPSS19.0 statistical software for grouping)by random and controlled clinical study,including 36 patients in the treatment group and 36 patients in the control group(taking natural shedding and other variable factors into account and increasing 20% of clinical observation cases).The treatment group took jinguishenqiwan jiawei fang,decoction pills instead of pills,according to the changes of the patients,syndrome differentiation plus or minus.(" new green " decoction free granule of traditional Chinese medicine--preparation room of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine)brew 100 ml with warm water,1 grid each time,2 times a day,combine metformin hydrochloride tablets(sino-american Shanghai squibb pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,national drug approval word H20023371),1 tablet(0.85g),2 times a day.In the control group,metformin hydrochloride tablets(sino-american Shanghai squibb pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,national drug approval word H20023371)and 1 tablet(0.85g)were taken twice a day.The course of treatment is set at 4 weeks.All the patients were from the outpatient department of geriatric diseases,affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine.All enrolled patients met the diagnostic and inclusion criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Results: in this study,72 patients met the inclusion criteria,36 in the treatment group and 36 in the control group.The average age of the patients in the treatment group was 50.11±8.78,and that of the control group was 50.56±8.54.The average course of disease was7.36 ± 3.16 in the treatment group and 7.69 ± 3.21 in the control group.There was nosignificant difference between the treatment group and the control group in reducing fasting blood glucose and 2-h postprandial blood glucose.In terms of the improvement of clinical symptoms,the symptoms of the treatment group were soft waist and knee,frequent urination,dry throat and thirst,cold limbs and cold body,and improved tongue pulse significantly.Conclusion: the combination of jinguishenqiwan and metformin hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of deficiency of Yin and Yang in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
