Objective:Through the analysis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) merge pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) the clinical characteristics, discuss PAH in S LE pathogenesis, clinical features and prognosis factors of enhancing awareness ofS LE secondary PAH. Methods:The review period of 2008 January to 2014 January summary analysis, and in 187 cases of SLE patients in the Department of Dermato logy and Department of Rheumatology Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in 83 cases of ultrasound Heartbeat graph clear diagno sis, complete data of patients with PAH. Result:PAH group and non PAH group (42.1%vs13.5%) with Raynaud’s phenomenon, vasculitis (44.6%vs10.6%), refers to t he end of activity chest tightness (32.5%vs17.3%), interstitial lung disease (69.9%vs 14.4%), SLEDAI score (21.5 ±5.21vs12.7±6.39) there are differences statistically sig nificant (P< 0.05); between the two groups in age, gender, history, arthritis, oral ulcer, light sensitive, fever and other indicators compared no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion:For activities after chest tightness, Raynaud’s phenomenon, refers to the end of vasculitis and interstitial lung disease in patients with SLE sho uld be alert to the possible PAH, echocardiography and related examination ishelpf ul in early diagnosis.
