Objective To study the associated risk factors of the increasing of urinary albumin creatinine ratio(ACR)and decreasing of estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)among type 2 diabetic(T2DM)patients for the early clinical diagnosis and intervention of diabetes kidney disease(DKD).Method 500 patients with T2DM from the Endocrinology Department of our hospital were collected. The clinical data(including demographic data and laboratory results)of the patients were collected. The patients were divided into different groups according to the ACR and eGFR.Result1.There were significant differences(P<0.05)in age, course of disease, systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),hydroxyvitamin D3(25-(OH)D3),uric acid(UA),total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),indirect bilirubin(IBIL),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL)and monocyte to high density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio(MHR)between different ACR groups and there were also significant differences(P<0.05)in age, course of disease,SBP,25-(OH)D3,UA,TBIL,DBIL,IBIL and high density lipoprotein(HDL)between different eGFR groups.2.Level logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors associated with the increasing of ACR included course of disease,SBP and serum UA,the protective factors included sex(female as protective factor)and 25-(OH)D3.The risk factors associated with the decreasing of eGFR included sex(female as risk factor),course of disease, age,SBP,UA.The protective factor was 25-(OH)D3.Conclusion The course of disease,SBP and UA arethe common independent risk factors for the increasing of ACR and the decreasing of eGFR,25-(OH)D3 is the common independent protective factor of them, and TBIL is the independent protective factor for the increasing of ACR.
