Objective:At present, the degree of aging of China's population is becoming more and more serious, which has brought about many problems of aging, especially in the field of medical and health. At the same time, with the development of science and the improvement of people's living standards, the incidence of-chronic non-communicable diseases due to lifestyle has increased year by year.Among them, atherosclerosis is the most common, causing serious economic damage and life damage to China.Endothelial dysfunction is a primary condition and a key step in the development of atherosclerosis. This study explores the relationship between dietary and flow mediated dilatation(FMD)in different age groups and explores the eff'ects of physical exercise on FMD in the population and the influencing factors of FMD.Study the protective effects of dietary nutrition and physical activity on delaying vascular aging,to actively prevent the occurrence and development of cardiovascular chronic diseasesMethods:The study population was selected from January 2016 to December 2017,who was completed flow mediated dilatation in the Health Management Section of the Southern Hospital.Strictly according to the exclusion criteria,a total of 1014 people were included in the study, with an age of 51.74±8.05,792 males(78.1%),and 222 females(21.9%).Among them, there were 551 people who completed the lifestyle questionnaire, aged 51.80±8.18,417 males(75.7%),and 134 females(24.3%).According to the Chinese age classification criteria, the population was divided into three groups:95 in the youth group(17.2%),360 in the middle-aged group(65.3),and 96 in the elderly group(17.5%).Hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease, etc.are independent risk factors for FMD.This independent risk factor has been used as an exclusion criterion in this study. The cross-sectional study method used in this study used single-factor analysis using t test, analysis of variance, and x2 test.Using multiple linear regression to analyze the influencing factors of FMD and Two-category logistic regression analysis of the relationship between FMD and lifestyle. Results:The study found that the general impact of FMD in the study population included:age, height, weight,BMI,hip circumference, systolic blood pressure between the different age groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).In the study of the total population of biochemical metabolic indicators include:blood urea nitrogen, blood uric acid, total cholesterol, total bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, glycosylated hemoglobin, red blood cells, hemoglobin between the different age groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).In the study of the influencing factors of FMD,FMD was the dependent variable, with BMI,heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, blood uric acid, triglyceride, total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, glycated hemoglobin, white blood cells, red blood cells, hemoglobin are independent variables, using multiple linear regression analysis, and screening backwards for variables. The following factors were statistically different in the included variables:BMI(?= 0.02,P = 0.029),diastolic blood pressure(?= 0.01,P = 0.003),and serum creatinine(?=0.02,P =0.004).In the study of the relationship between diet and FMD,egg intake was associated with FMD in the youth study population,P<0.001.Compared with people with high egg intake, the probability of impaired endothelial function in people with low egg intake was 4.7%of those with high egg intake.Compared with people with high egg intake, the probability of impaired endothelial function in people with reasonable egg intake was 25.4%of those with high egg intake. The intake of livestock and poultry meat was related to FMD in the middle age study population,P = 0.011.Compared with people with high intake of livestock and poultry meat, the probability of impaired endothelial function in people with low intake of livestock and poultry meat was 34.2%of those with high intake of livestock and poultry meat.Compared with people with high intake of livestock and poultry meat, the probability of impaired endothelial function in people with reasonable intake of livestock and poultry meat was 27.5%of those with high intake of livestock and poultry meat.In the elderly group, the intake of vegetables was related to FMD,P=0.009.Compared with people with high intake of vegetables, the probability of impaired endothelial function in people with low vegetable intake was 13.7%of those with high vegetable intake.Compared with people with high intake of vegetables, the probability of impaired endothelial function in people with reasonable intake of vegetables was 24.3%of those with high intake of vegetables. In the completion of lifestyle groups, study the impact of physical activity on FMD,and conclude that physical activity has a protective effect on FMD,<0.001 Compared with the high-level exercise group, the probability of impaired endothelial function in the low-level exercise group is 12.4%of the high-level exercise group.Compared with the high-level exercise group, the probability of impaired endothelial function in the middle-level exercise group was 11.7%of the high-level exercise group. In the completion of lifestyle groups, study the impact of smoking on FMD,and the analysis showed the following statistically significant results:B = 0.555,P<0.05.Conclusion:Multiple regression analysis of variables and FMD-related effects by controlling independent risk factors of FMD.The results showed that BMI,diastolic blood pressure, and serum creatinine were the influencing factors of FMD in the included variables.Dietary factors have different effects on FMD in different age groups. In the youth study population, egg intake was associated with FMD.In the middle-aged study population, the intake of livestock and poultry meat was related to FMD.In the elderly group, the intake of vegetables was related to FMD.Physical activity has a protective effect on FMD,and smoking is a risk factor for FMD.
