Object:To observe the effect of the plasma homocysteine in the rats with methionine diet. Then we study the change in the vascular endothelial after the exercise and fed with the lycopene in the rats.Methods:Sixty 4 weeks aged male SD rats are randomly divided into the normal diet group(C), normal diet exercise group(CT), methionine diet group(M), methionine diet exercise group(MT), methionine diet and lycopene group (ML), lycopene and exercise group of methionine diet (MTL). Each group includes 10 rats. In the 8 weeks, the nomal group are fed of normal diet, the other four are fed of methionine diet, the methionine diet includes 3% methionine. The time of the first two weeks are increased 10min every day. The left 6 weeks are stain at this time. The rats of the lycopene group take a proportion to take 2ml lycopene solvent.8 weeks later, the rats are taken the blood, then we test the plasma homocysteine, the NO and NOS, the t-PA and the PAI, the 6-Keto-PGFla and the TXB2. The data are recorded by mean±standard, between the groups the data are analyzed by single factor analysis of variance.Results:(1)In contact with the C group, the Hey has been significantly increased in M group(P<0.01). After the exercise or the fed of lycopene, MT, ML and MTL group are mostly decreased. In MTL group, to be contact with MT or ML group, there is no significant change. (2)In contact with the C group, the NO has been significantly decreased and the NOS has been significantly increased in M group(P<0.01). Compared with the M group, the NO has been significantly increased in ML and MTL group. The NOS has been significantly increased in MT and MTL group (P<0.01), there has been notably increased in ML group(P<0.05). In MTL group, compared with the MT or ML group, there is no significant change. (3)Compared with the C group, M group of 6-keto-PGFl a and t-PA content have been significantly lower (P<0.01), TXB2 and PAI levels have been significantly elevated (P<0.01). Compared with the M group, MT group and ML group 6-keto-PGFl a and t-PA levels have been increased significantly (P<0.01), MTL group also have been significantly increased (P<0.01). In the MT group, ML group and the MTL group, the content of TXB2 and PAI have been significantly decreased (P<0.01). The content of 6-keto-PGF1αand TXB2 in the MTL group, compared with MT and ML group, there is no significant difference between groups. MTL group, t-PA and PAI levels than MT and ML are also no significant difference between groups.Conclution:The 8 weeks methionine diet can result in the hyperhomocysteinemia. The exercise of swim or/and the lycopene can significantly decrease the plasma homocysteine of the rats. Then take the rats away from the hyperhomocysteiemia. Both of exercise and lycopene can increase the content of NO and NOS, then improve the balance of PGI2 and TXB2. It enhance the activity of fibrinolysis and reduce the blood clotting function. Finally, it reduces endothelial injury prevention of thrombosis. But the joint exercise to improve endothelial dysfunction in lycopene, there is no significant difference between either of the single movement or the single lycopene.
