Purpose:To study the characteristics of health-related quality of life(health-related quality of life,HRQoL)in patients with different syndromes of Parkinson's disease(Parkinson's disease,PD),and to explore the correlation between TCM syndromes and HRQoL in PD patients.Method:A total of 120 PD patients who met the criteria were included.Referring to the diagnostic criteria in the Geriatric Medical Association of the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the diagnostic criteria for the diagnosis and efficacy of senile fibrillation in TCM(trial,1992),Parkinson's syndrome is divided into:phlegm-stasis and wind movement,blood-heat wind movement, deficiency of qi and blood, deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency of yin and yang.the HRQoL of 5 groups of PD patients was investigated, and the correlation between dilfferent syndromes of PD patients and health-related quality of life was analyzed.Compare UPDRS,H-Y stage,NMSS,PDQ-39,HAMD,MMSFE,ADL score and analyze and eval uate. Results:?In general, the average HRQoL score of PD patients over 81 years old was 64.84± 8.530.,which was higher than the following age groups, and there was no significant difference in HRQoL scores between male and female patients(P=0.406>0.05).The results of academic studies are basically consistent with gender.?Various scoring indicators, the course of the disease:the longer the course of disease, the higher the Patient HRQoL score(r=0.778),a significant positive correlation, and strong correlation(r<0.6);HAMD:the correlation coefficient with HRQOL score r=0.732,the correlation is stronger. It shows that the heavier the patient's depression, the higher the health-related quality of life score;H-Y Stage:There was a significant positive correlation(P<0.01)between H-Y stage and HRQoL score(rs=0.682)in patients. In addition, there was a positive correlation between UPDRS score,NMS score with total score of health-related quality of life scale.?Correlation scale results:the patients with deficiency of yin and yang had higher H-Y stage, which was statistically significant compared with other groups(P<0.05),and there was little difference in the average staging of the remaining 4 types of syndromes. The UPDRS score of patients with deficiency of yin and yang was the highest, followed by deficiency of liver and kidney and deficiency of qi and blood, except for phlegm-stasis wind movement and blood-heat wind movement, there were statistical differences between the other two groups(P<0 05).The results of comparative analysis of NMSS scores in patients were similar to those of UPDRS.The HAMD scores of patients with deficiency of yin and yang and deficiency of liver and kidney were higher than those of other three groups. There was little diff-erence in MMSE scores among patients with different syndromes,no statistically significant(P>0.05).?In the type of syndrome, the average HRQoL score was 58.44±20.879,the HRQoL score was the highest in Yin-Yang deficiency group(74.13±23.010),followed by deficiency of liver and kidney(64.12±19,194)and Qi-blood deficiency(61.16+17.321),all of them were higher than those of blood stasis group and phlegm stasis group(P<0.05).Conclusion:?Gender,education has no effect on the HRQoL of PD patients, but age was an important factor affecting the HRQoL of Parkinson's disease, the older the age,the lower the patient HRQoL.?The course of disease,H-Y stage, exercise symptoms and non-motor symptoms of PD patients all affect their HRQoL,and the longer the course of disease, the higher the UPDRS,H-Y stage?NMSS and HAMD scores, the worse the HRQoL.?The HRQoL of the patients with deficiency of yin and yang was the worst, followed by deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency o-f qi and blood,phlegm-heat wind movement, blood stasis and wind movement.
