With the continuous development of market economy,it is an indisputable fact that the rapid matching growth of service industry has been achieved worldwide.Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has been growing steadily.Since the 18 th National Congress,it has made rapid progress.The proportion of employment in traditional industries and tertiary industries has changed dramatically.Data show that in emerging economies,the growth of service output is also rapid,and service industry output generally accounts for more than half of GDP.The global economy has gradually transformed into a service-oriented economy.In developed economies,those services related to high-tech or with the corresponding quality of workers are defined as knowledge-based services.Facts have proved that personalized service industry has become the most dynamic industry in a country's economy.In our country,because of the high proportion of traditional agriculture and the rapid development of manufacturing industry,the construction industry has directly led to the relatively backward development of service industry,and the awareness of service is not so important in marketing.However,the transformation trend of our country's economic development model to enterprise and customer service is obvious,and it is also the general trend.Therefore,it is necessary for modern enterprises to really infuse the concept of service marketing into the blood of enterprises and to obtain benefits from service marketing,which is also the marketing concept that needs to be established urgently.Medical clinic is just a marketing service industry,but DJ medical studio,as such a service industry,does not involve service marketing in its management and marketing concepts.It just wants to seek the benefits of its tangible services blindly,but ignores the service marketing concepts of the service industry.More importantly,it ignores the target market analysis and the needs of consumers.All of them are urgent problems to be solved by DJ medical studio.Based on the analysis of the current situation of prenatal and maternity examination medical institutions in Changchun and the relevant knowledge of marketing,the target market of DJ medical studio is redefined from three aspects: the analysis of the current situation of the studio,the survey of prenatal examination market demand and the analysis of market competition.The marketing strategies corresponding to the current target market are formulated and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Relevant guarantee of marketing strategy implementation.DJ studio is still in the initial stage,due to more than a year of business effect is not ideal,at the end of the year to summarize the lessons learned,a few partners of the studio that the main problem is on the marketing program.Previous marketing solutions,more profitable to consider is how to hardware advantage,such as medical instruments,expertise,etc.,but ignore the target market segment and the concrete grasp of the marketing strategy,is engaged in business,blindly and without the STP analysis was carried out on the prenatal examination in the city market,also does not have the corresponding market research and marketing solutions.Therefore,reformulating the marketing plan is the research significance of this paper and the key to the studio's continued survival and development.
