| Meta-analysis is an important statistical analysis method,which is also called integrated analysis.At present,meta-analysis has been widely and maturely applied in education,psychology and medicine,especially in the field of medicine.By summarizing the research results and considering all kinds of situations,a conclusion can be drawn,which can provide a reference for clinical medicine.In this paper,the application of meta-analysis in medical statistics was studied,and the efficacy of stem cells in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and femoral head necrosis was compared by meta-analysis.Pubmed,Cochrane and Embase databases were retrieved,the full text was read after de-duplication,preliminary screening.Stem cell therapy for knee osteoarthritis eventually included 8 RCT studies,the quality was evaluated by modified Jadad score.The clinical indicators were VAS change,IKDC,WOMAC change and incidence of adverse events.Stem cell therapy for femoral head necrosis included 10 studies,6 RCT and 4 cohort studies,the quality was evaluated by improved Jadad score and NOS.The clinical indicators were HHS change,WOMAC change,Lequesne change,VAS change,deterioration rate,collapse rate and survival probability.Revman 5.3 was used for data analysis,and OR and MD were selected as effects.The results showed that the treatment of stem cells could significantly reduce the pain score in a short time.Functional score IKDC of knee osteoarthritis changed significantly in the long term,but HHS and Lequesne score of femoral head necrosis were significantly changed in a short term.The imaging results of femoral head necrosis showed that the deterioration rate and survival rate of femoral head necrosis after stem cell transplantation were significantly reduced.Stem cell therapy for knee osteoarthritis has a higher incidence of adverse events.Therefore,stem cell therapy for femoral head necrosis is more effective and safer than stem cell therapy for knee osteoarthritis. |
