Analysis Of The Time Of Early Surgical Repair Of Iatrogenic Lower Ureter Injury

Objective:To explore the opportunity of early surgical repair of iatrogenic lower ureter injury.Methods:Retrospective analysis,the second hospital of jilin university in June 2014-December 2017 below 53 cases of iatrogenic ureteral injury in patients with clinical data,the damage for 1-8 cm in length,average length is 4.3 cm,damage of length 1-3 cm line ureter end-to-end anastomosis repair,damage length between 3-5 cm line ureter bladder replantation repair,damage to a line 5-8 cm in length Boari flap ureteroplasty repair.According to ureteral injury after early surgical repair time divided the patients into groups(damage within 3 d after surgery to repair)and group delay,injury time is greater than 3 d,2 weeks after surgery to repair to the latest injury),including early and delayed group line end-to-end anastomosis of the wounded,ureter,bladder and ureter Boari flap ureteroplasty of patients than is consistent,compare two groups of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,hospital cost,postoperative complications such as anastomotic obstruction,anastomotic fistula,ureteral reflux and the incidence of kidney seeper,etc,under the analysis of iatrogenic ureteral damage on the timing of early surgical repair.Results:The incidence of complications was 6.7% in 30 cases in the early group and 8.7% in 23 cases in the delayed group.The early group and the delayed group had similar low incidence of complications,but the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay and total hospital cost in the early group were all less than those in the delayed group.Conclusion:For lower iatrogenic ureteral injury cases,early surgical repair,can be immediately found in repair,found postoperatively,also should strive for as far as possible within 3 d after injury repair surgery to be beautiful,but for a variety of reasons such as misdiagnosis,from the lower hospital referral lead to time delay,or resistance,at first refused to surgery patients,make the operation time delay,2 weeks surgical repair is safe and feasible.
