Objective: To understand the case distribution characteristics and incidence rules of pneumoconiosis in Chifeng city from 2013 to 2017,and to provide scientific basis for relevant departments to formulate prevention and treatment strategies for pneumoconiosis.Method: In this study,236 new cases and 52 advanced cases of pneumoconiosis reported in Chifeng City from 2013 to 2017 in the occupational disease and occupational health information monitoring system of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were studied.The descriptive and inferential statistical analysis of the cases was carried out by IBM SPSS 24.0 software.Result: From 2013 to 2017,288 cases of pneumoconiosis were reported in Chifeng,including 236 new cases and 52 cases in Jin period.Male cases accounted for the majority of 286 cases(99.3%)and female cases 2 cases(0.7%).The largest number of cases in small enterprises was 107,accounting for 37.2% of the total cases.The youngest age of onset was 34 years old and the oldest age was 79 years old.The average age of onset was(50.54±7.15).134 cases(56.8%)were in the 45-54 age group.Pneumoconiosis cases were distributed in 12 counties and counties.The top three were 95 cases(32.9%)in Songshan District,58 cases(20.1%)in Aohan Banner and 51 cases(17.7%)in Karaqin Banner.The time distribution in 2015 was 65 cases(27.5%).Private enterprises account for 54.2% of the cases in different economic types.Among the different industries,139(48.3%)of gold mining and processing industries and 58(20.1%)of non-ferrous metal mining and processing industries are in the forefront.Silicosis was the most common type of pneumoconiosis(78.4%),followed by coal workers' pneumoconiosis(19.5%).The main types of work are rock drillers and porters.Among the new cases,one-stage pneumoconiosis was the main stage,accounting for 74.6% of the total cases,followed by three-stage pneumoconiosis(13.1%)and second-stage pneumoconiosis(12.3%).Dust exposure duration was the shortest of 2 years and the longest of 35.4 years,with an average of 14.6(8.8,23.7)years.Compared with the age of exposure and onset of different types of pneumoconiosis,the age of exposure to silicosis was the shortest 11.9(8.3,20.7)years,and that of other pneumoconiosis was the youngest 48.0(45.0,52.0)years.From 2013 to 2017,51 933 dust-exposed workers in Chifeng City received occupational health examination,with the highest detection rate of 0.66% in 2017.There were 52 cases in Jin period,including 48 cases of silicosis,3 cases of coal worker's pneumoconiosis and 1 case of casting worker's pneumoconiosis.The number of stage I Jin II cases was the highest in 23 cases,followed by stage II Jin III cases in 19 cases.Conclusion: Pneumoconiosis is the main occupational disease in Chifeng City.The cases mainly come from gold mining and dressing industry.The main types of pneumoconiosis are silicosis and coal workers' pneumoconiosis.The main types of pneumoconiosis are rock drillers and porters.The distribution of pneumoconiosis shows obvious regional and industrial clustering.Governments at all levels and health administrative departments should work together to seize the key control points of pneumoconiosis and reduce the incidence of pneumoconiosis.
