Objective : To investigate the relationship between prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of aberrant right subclavian artery(ARSA)and fetal structural and chromosomal abnormalities.Methods:66 ARSA fetuses underwent prenatal ultrasound examination in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2017 to January 2019 were collected. The pregnancy outcomes were followed up.Among them,43 fetuses with ARSA underwent chromosome karyotype analysis through amniocentesis or umbilical cord blood puncture.Results:1.ARSA may exist in isolation,or may be associated with fetal intracardiac structural abnormalities, extracardiac structural abnormalities, and soft index abnormalities of ultrasonography. The highest incidence of fetal structural abnormalities was cardiac structural abnormalities, accounting for25.8%;The second is the abnormal soft index of ultrasound, accounting for22.7%;Finally,extracardiac structural abnormalities accounted for 16.7%.2.Isolated ARSA chromosome karyotype analysis showed no abnormality. The incidence of chromosomal abnormalities in ARSA group with fetal structural abnormalities was significantly higher than that in isolated ARSA group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The difference offetal structural abnormality,s incidence of between the group with pregnant women,s age <35 years old and the group with pregnant women,s age ?35 years old was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Aberrant right subclavian artery can exist in isolation, and can also be combined with fetal intracardiac and extracardiac structural abnormalities and ultrasonographic soft index abnormalities.2.The combination of other structural abnormalities in ARSA fetuses increases the risk of chromosomal abnormalities,so prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of ARSA fetuses should be carried out karyotype analysis, especially the combination of other structural abnormalities.3.The clinical prognosis of isolated ARSA fetuses is good. The severity of structural abnormalities and karyotype analysis should be used to evaluate the clinical prognosis of ARSA fetuses with structural abnormalities.
