Effect Of Crossover Point Intensity Training And Maximal Fat Oxidation Intensity Training On Blood Lipid Metabolism In Young Overweight Women

Purpose: The human body uses different energy substances under different exercise intensity.This study is based on the understanding of the three major energy systems of the human body and explores the relationship between exercise intensity and substrate utilization.The human body does not have one or a few energy supply systems to supply energy separately.In the process of exercise,the body changes with the intensity of exercise,and the dynamic changes of the phosphoric acid system,the glycolysis system and the oxidative energy system are different.According to this principle,two interesting points can be found in the substrate utilization change chart under different exercise intensity: maximal fat oxidation point and crossover point.This study used the exercise intensity corresponding to these two points for exercise intervention.First,explore the establishment and effect evaluation of lipid reduction program of crossover point intensity exercise.Then the effects of different interventions on human lipid metabolism were analyzed and compared.Explore how to make fat consumed and utilized in the most efficient way,providing a theoretical basis for scientific weight loss exercise.Methods: A total of 39 young overweight women who met the screening criteria were recruited and randomly assigned to the COP group,the FATmax group,and the control group.Baseline tests included morphological indicators test,body composition test,fasting blood test,and maximum oxygen uptake test.A crossover point exercise test was performed on subjects in the COP group,and a maximal fat oxidation exercise test was performed on subjects in the FATmax group.Then personalized sports intervention plan was made.The exercise intervention lasted for 8weeks,4 times a week,45 minutes each time,the exercise mode was walking and running,there was a 5 minute warm-up before exercise,and 10 minutes of stretchingafter exercise.The control group did not participate in exercise during the experiment.Results: After 8 weeks of personalized exercise training,compared with before exercise training,body weight and BMI of subjects in COP group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),hip circumference was significantly reduced(P<0.01),body fat percentage and body fat weight were significantly reduced(P<0.05),serum ApoAI was significantly increased(P<0.01),and serum ApoB and ApoB/ApoAI ratio were significantly reduced(P < 0.01).Compared with before exercise training,the hip circumference of subjects in FATmax group was significantly reduced(P < 0.01),serum ApoAI was significantly increased(P < 0.01),and serum ApoB and ApoB/ApoAI ratios were significantly reduced(P <0.01).Moreover,the increasing amplitude of serum ApoAI concentration in FATmax group was significantly higher than that in COP group(P<0.05).Compared with before the experiment,there was no statistical difference in each physiological index of control group.Conclusion:(1)After 8 weeks of personalized exercise intervention,maximum fat oxidation intensity and cross-point intensity exercise can significantly improve the hip circumference,serum ApoAI,serum ApoB and ApoB/ApoAI ratios of young overweight women,and improve human body morphology and lipid metabolism.Moreover,the improvement of serum ApoAI concentration after the maximum fat oxidation intensity exercise is greater.(2)After 8 weeks of intervention,cross-point intensity exercise significantly reduced body weight,BMI,body fat percentage,and body fat weight in young overweight women.However,the maximum fat oxidation intensity exercise did not have a significant improvement in body weight,BMI,body fat percentage,and body fat weight.
